I have a car wash place closer to my house but I go to this one because these guys leave a smile on my face every time. I went once for a car wash, but kept going back because the staff is friendly, helpful and personable. It’s hard these days to find people who seem happy to be at work and off their phones, so it’s nice to experience it here.

I had an amazing experience at Monster. The staff was truly accommodating and personable. There had been an issue with the coupon, so they comped the wash for free. It was unnecessary but so appreciated. I’ll be back. In addition, I may subscribe to their monthly deals!

ALWAYS have come here and just get basic 12$ wash. Always get stickers/ air freshener and a rag. Never had an issue until this blonde lady started working and kept telling me I can’t have a rag? I come all the time never had an issue and she said she don’t want to get fired? Over a 25 cent rag? Because I got a 12$ wash. Get real 😂 it’s not that serious. I’m sure you’ll have your job

They have an impressive and powerful setup, which enhances the overall experience. The friendly staff creates a welcoming environment. I'm looking forward to returning soon and considering their membership options. I would rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Attendants are friendly but they do not know how to clean and are probably getting paid a penny and a lick so I chose not to complain to them and take it there to voice opinion. My Porsche needed a good wipe after a long road trip but it’s new so still in clean standards. I chose the $60 package wash vac and interior wipe down as he told me. It took 30 minutes, the workers were very pleasant and kind however the service is not worth the money it looks like they oiled up a rag and did a quick interior wipe. I was charged $90 Instead of $60. Instead of going back and complaint I will just learn from this experience. Also the monthly packages are overpriced by far. Highly recommend to Check out other washes in the area.
