Been coming here for about a year and today was the worst wash yet. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and understand we all have bad days. But their pre-wash staff was more unfriendly than usual and I should have trusted my gut and bailed. But you're somewhat committed once driving in. Came home after to spend 40 mins re-cleaning my car and to some new scratches on my vehicle. They're light scratches on my passenger door and hood. We just returned from a roadtrip and I know these scratches were not here yesterday/this AM, prior to washing, because I meticulously inspect my vehicle after such trips. My new car already had one ding and I don't need anymore. These scratches seem to align the height of their rotary brushes. If debris was caught in even one section, yes, it can in fact leave a single section of scratches. Management disagreed. They also use manuel push brushes prior to entering the wash. Barely got a refund and won't be back.

Took my car in for cleaning. Even with 2 people prepping the car before car wash they couldn't remove the bird poop. What a waste of money

Disappointed with the results here. I took my car in for a wash, and despite them using gallons of soap and doing a manual wipe-down, the front of the car including glass was still covered in leftover bug splatter and grime stains. As you can see in **20260627_185752.jpg** and **20260627_185800.jpg**, the detailed areas just didn't get the attention they needed. If you're paying for a manual clean, you expect I really wanted to give this place a good rating, but the attention to detail is completely lacking. They went through the motions—used tons of soap and did a manual cleaning—but completely missed the mark on the front end. I took a close look right after the wash, and as shown in **20260627_185752.jpg** and **20260627_185800.jpg**, there are still prominent stains and insect residue left all over the bumper. A basic automatic wash might miss these, but a manual prep or touch-up should have easily taken care of them. Pretty frustrating to pay for a service and immediately have to go home and re-clean the front bumper myself.

Good service, self vacuum. I Like that they wipe down after the automatic car wash. Price for the basic car wash recently went up from $12 to $15 😕, and the mid level to $19!
