First time customer bought new equipment to install in my son‘s new truck, and the team at New Image in Arlington was very helpful and selecting the right equipment to make an unbelievable sound in my son‘s truck. We’ll be going back to buy any additional equipment and any other services from the guys at New Image. Great Selection of equipment. And great customer service!

I had a great experience at this car audio shop. They took really good care of me from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without trying to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need.The installation was clean and professional, and everything sounds exactly how I wanted. They paid attention to the details and made sure I was happy before I left. It’s hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers, but these guys definitely do.I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality car audio work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades.

At New Image Autosports – Abrams location, we take pride in maintaining a professional, respectful, and customer-focused environment. As the manager, I have zero tolerance for any form of disrespect, aggression, or offensive behavior toward our team or our customers. Regarding the recent review posted by Dr. Marco Walder, it is important to address that his account does not reflect the full situation. During his visit, his behavior became increasingly aggressive, including the use of inappropriate language and disruption of our business. At that point, for the safety and comfort of everyone present, I made the decision to contact the Arlington Police Department. When officers arrived, they witnessed the situation firsthand, including attempts to interfere with our business by discouraging other customers from entering. The officers handled the situation professionally and respectfully, ultimately asking him to leave the premises. We firmly believe that no individual is above the law, and we are grateful for the professionalism shown by the Arlington Police Department. Review DO NOT GET A SYSTEM INSTALLED HERE. I went in back in December and met Miguel and built a system for my 14 Silverado. I found this place because of Instagram, and they had multiple locations so I thought it was reputable. They will install stuff, and make it work and that’s it. I paid $4300 for a full system supposedly, and I am very picky as my vehicle isn’t just a normal vehicle. I also wanted sound quality, but wasn’t looking for anything audiophile grade as I do consider myself an audiophile and have those components at home. Miguel charged me full msrp for Kicker speakers, component set, Nemesis amps, and 1500w DBX subs with install. I also got a Pioneer head unit. I asked multiple times to make sure that I kept the old stuff to convert back to factory, made sure they were going to run all new speaker wires, sound deadening, 0ga wire, and integrate the factory features with the aftermarket radio. I get my truck back and was happy it worked, but didn’t sound right. I thought it was the settings. This was supposed to be a 1 day install. I ended up checking, and they put $130 door speakers, 4ga power wire, and used all factory wires, and no sound deadening. he also put
