I had a really positive experience working with New Image Autosports! I initially brought my truck in for window tinting, and while the work looked great at first, there were a couple of hiccups along the way—some minor debris under the windshield tint on the first try, and a bit of peeling after the redo. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Sam was incredibly responsive and dedicated to making things right. He offered several helpful solutions, including having someone come out directly to my house. When I preferred to bring it back into the shop instead, he accommodated my schedule immediately and got me in the very next day. On the final attempt, they absolutely nailed it! Good customer service is defined by how a business handles issues when they come up, and Sam definitely did right by me. I appreciate their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction!

I was a walk in to the shop and came in for some interior lighting. Explained what I was looking to do and Sam basically said “I got you” and took care of the rest. No upselling or pressure. Communicated with me on the timeline every step of the way. Did great work and added some extra flair to my truck.

This place is Top Notch. I had a system installed in my truck about a year ago and I wasn’t happy with my sound. So I took it to a different shop and they messed with it and I still wasn’t happy. So I called the store and spoke with Sam and he said bring it over and let me take a look and maybe I can tune it and make it sound better. I drove over there and he listened to it and then he looked at my set up and he recommended that we rewire the whole system. So I agreed and I also decided to buy a box for under my back seat for my F-250. So he cleaned up all the mess and installed another amp for the 10” subs and a set of tweeters. It sounds amazing and I’m very happy with my system. He is very honest and will help get the best for your money. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see him. Thank you, Sam!

If you want A+ service, this is the place. You will be treated like family and taken care of 100%. The customer service is unmatched. For almost 20 years, I’ve been doing business with New Image and would never go anywhere else. This round, I had a Redline 360C installed, a Wolfbox dash cam, and a wireless video transmitter for my kids to watch movies in the truck. Hands down, you won’t beat the service or prices. Sam is the man to see for all things car audio and tech.

Sam & his associates were very helpful in getting an old after market dash cam replaced. The rear camera got water in it causing blurry live view. Sam offered a link to pay over three months interest free. The place was clean with comfy chairs, beverages, & snacks, for those waiting. I waited for about 4 hours but was also getting some work done. Pricing & quality were both very good. I decided to go with a front, rear, & interior dash cameras. I would go there, again, for future services. Thank you!
