I seriously can’t recommend Next Level Detail & Ceramic Coatings enough. I’ve known Chris since high school, so being able to support his business all these years later and see the level of work he’s built for himself makes this experience even more special. I originally trusted him with my M440i, and after seeing the quality of his work, there was no question who I was bringing my new M3 to. When you work hard for a car like this, especially one you’re extremely particular about, handing the keys over to someone requires a LOT of trust. Chris is one of the very few people I feel completely comfortable doing that with. From the communication and attention to detail to the finished product, the entire experience was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything, worked with me on the package, and treated my M3 like it was his own. The ceramic coating, wheels, glass, headlights, taillights and painted surfaces were all taken care of, and the car came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. ✨ What I appreciate most is that Chris genuinely takes pride in his work. My girlfriend recently got her car detailed and ceramic coated by Chris and his crew, and boy, did they do a FANTASTIC job! First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris. His customer service is truly second to none. From start to finish, his attention to detail, communication, and willingness to educate the customer made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure we understood the process and what to expect. And the results speak for themselves—the car looks absolutely fantastic! I also want to give a special shoutout to the two staff members who were working with him. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they deserve recognition as well. They answered every question I had and demonstrated a level of professionalism and knowledge that really stood out. They seem like genuinely good young men with good heads on their shoulders. Next Level Detail did an amazing job with my ceramic coating. Just love the way it came out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here.
