First time here and overall I was really impressed. I didn’t realize the full-service wash included the interior vacuum, windows, towel dry, tire shine, etc., so that was a great surprise. The wash itself was excellent and my AMG came out looking great. The person who helped me choose the wash and sign up for the subscription was excellent, friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. The guy handling the pre-rinse, pressure washing, pre-treatment, and guiding me into the tunnel was also great. The young woman at the finishing/detail area was very friendly and pleasant as well. The only negative part of the experience was the guy working alongside her at the finishing area. I said good morning to him and got no response, and he seemed to have a poor attitude from the beginning. Then, as I was getting back into my car and closing the doors, he said, “Thanks for the tip,” knowing I hadn’t tipped. That came across as passive-aggressive and unnecessary, especially since the towel dry, vacuuming, windows, and other finishing services are included in the price of the wash. I had an amazing experience at Oasis Auto Spa, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Sean! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Adrian and Dayana were very professional and friendly, and kept me informed throughout the service. My car was serviced thoroughly, and the interior detailing exceeded my expectations—it looks and feels like a brand-new vehicle. Pretty disappointed with this wash after reading the reviews. I bought the $40 “Diamond Ceramic” full service wash and it did a pretty bad job at actually washing my truck. Lots of areas were missed and entire bug splats were still on the front end. The full service is supposed to include a hand towel dry but they left a ton of water spots all over the truck. The interior floor was vacuumed and the glass was somewhat cleaned (lots of streaks) but the dash and center console were still visibly dusty and dirty. I wasn’t expecting a mini-detail level of clean but I’ve had way better exterior washes for $10 and full service washes for $30… Before I left, I showed them all the spots that were missed and asked if my truck could go around the wash again, and they said “sorry, we’re really busy and understaffed today.” Even though at that moment there was nobody in line… I completely understand being busy and understaffed, but using that as an excuse for poor quality work is ridiculous. I decided to cut my loss and not push it, I will not be going back here.
