Juan was very fast in answering our need for a clear protective bra on our Tesla Model 3. He even delivered the service quicker than expected which was amazing! Overall he did an amazing job, were so happy and would def come to him for any additional detailing on our car. (:

I had my new Genesis G70, its wheels and front windshield ceramic coated at Sigma Kore Tampa and am 100% satisfied with the results. Juan and Christian are just good people. They communicate well and are meticulous and knowledgeable in their craft. Highly recommended!

I chose to use Sigma KORE based on it's outstanding reviews, but I must say that I am very disappointed in their application of PPF on my 2023 Ionic 5 Limited on 6/29/23. I had front and rear PPF wrapping done. There are poor, short, uneven cuts throughout leaving exposed painted surfaces. These are especially noticeable on the sideview mirrors and front side panels. The front hood has multiple bubbles and bumps. The roof spoiler wrap has short, uneven cuts and appears not be adhering well. The PPF which wrapped around the edges has multiple "fingers" and is not smooth underneath. I did discuss all of this with Juan, the owner, but he stated that the PPF is for protection not so much looks and the cuts were made to increase longevity of the PPF. He did drain a few of the bubbles. I also had the side mirrors re-done, but they still have uneven short cuts at the base which are an eye sore. My son's Telsa wrap by a different company is definitely nicer and has cleaner lines with less bubbles, bumps and fingers. Photos are attached. I cannot say enough about Sigma KORE and Juan who is the owner. I just purchased a 2023 BMW X5 and wanted to do everything I could to keep the car looking brand new for as long as possible and was interested in getting the car ceramic coated. Sigma KORE was the first business that popped up on google and contacted the shop right away. I was blown away at the customer service Juan provided in getting back to me with all the information I needed about what I wanted to do with my car. Juan was very personable and had significant knowledge about ceramic coating the car, tires, and even ceramic tint to help protect the car from hot summers days here in Florida. The turnaround time for all these services was amazing and Juan was willing to negotiate anything that you were uncertain about. His professionalism and knowledge are something I will never forget! After seeing the amazing results, my husband wants to bring in his BMW M3 along with his BMW 550i in for some ceramic coating work! I HIGHLY recommend Sigma KORE!!!!

Excellent shop that did ceramic coating on my Model Y. Was thoroughly impressed with both their ability to fit me in as well as turn around the car quickly to minimize downtime. The results are excellent and I look forward to bringing my other vehicles back to them.
