Bought 2 Groupons from this company. The Groupon instructions were to text to make an appt. It took a couple texts over 2 days to get a response. Then another 3 days for the next response. We got an appt booked and he never showed up. No call, no text, nothing. I’m not sure if because I bought Groupons I was not a priority but either way it was very unprofessional.

Martin was incredible! So thorough, so reasonably priced, and truly went above and beyond. When it took a little longer than we expected and he was about to start on the outside, I had to leave to pick up my son so instead of calling it a day, he offered to stay until I got back to finish the outside. Stellar service, stellar job! Will absolutely be using this service going forward!

Thought I would give these guys a try and… WOW. Stop everything you are doing right now and call Mario and Martin if you are looking for a legit auto detail at a very fair price for the amount of quality and work you will receive. They’ve done 2/3 of my cars and I have an appointment for an interior detail in a few weeks. Highly recommend!!!

I was beyond shocked by the amazing transformation of my husband's car after today's detailing service provided by Mario. My husband's car unfortunately, rarely gets cleaned up due to his very busy schedules. No offense meant but his car needs a lot of cleaning based on the condition it is in. When I got in his car after the service, I was in disbelief to see it like a new car. The carpet finally revealed its real color. The nooks and crannies are very clean. The surfaces are shiny. The seats stains are all gone. Even the engine got cleaned up for a little extra fee. It smell so good too. This is one of the times that I feel that we got our money's worth. I highly highly recommend this service specially by Mario who worked for 4 hrs for a very reasonable fee. Thank you OC mobile detail!

I’ve had several mobile detailing guys come out, from large chain, brand name, easy in app scheduling companies, to small single employee local guys. Mario with OC mobile detailing has been the absolute best. Best prices and more importantly, the best work. His work is never short sided and never cuts corners. It’s hard for me to see the other bad reviews on here. We have 3 cars and we have OC mobile detail do all 3. Very courteous, great attitude, great guy, best value, AND best quality washes waxes and more. Highly recommended.
