I literally cannot express how amazing these folks are. From speaking with Helen to set up the service, to meeting Derek who did the job...this was an absolute joy from beginning to end. Not to mention, incredibly well priced! I have never had my car detailed before, and I cannot stand cleaning it myself. I have literally made fantasy football matchup bets where if I won, the opposing team had to clean my car. That's how much I hate doing it. I would prefer a day of grueling labor over cleaning my car. I would prefer highway roadkill cleanup over cleaning my car. I would prefer mowing and grooming the yards of my entire neighborhood over cleaning my car. In come these folks. For an incredibly reasonable price, Derek spent about two hours per car...washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and everything else you can think of. I didn't include pics for privacy reasons, but trust me when I say they look like they just came off the showroom floor. Every single part of the cars were minutely cleaned to shining perfection. EDIT: After disputing the charge with my bank, I received the proper costumer service answer I should have received the day of the failed redo. They scheduled me a different technician, Emily Le. She was fantastic! She absolutely did the job like a pro! and you can tell she strives to make the client happy. She also confirmed the previous "technician" only made it look like he did something but did not actually clean. Unfortunately, I would still not recommend this company as a first choice, due to their allowance for such unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Emily Le, however, I would recommend her all day every day. The service from this company was absolutely less than. They should take "detail" out of their name as my technician paid no attention to it. I was offered a redo. The technician would have showed up 45 min past my allotted time and not be able to finish the redo. I contacted the company who basically put the blame on me and would not refund.

I desperately needed to get my F150 detailed on the inside more than the outside… and wasn’t sure if they would come today since it was raining. My son worked construction for the past year and probably never cleaned it once…. with that said, Wendell was absolutely amazing and exceeded any expectations I had on getting the interior clean, let alone looking showroom new. He even cleaned the outside in the rain, which I was completely happy with because there was so much dirt and crud to be removed, especially on the tires. And the dead bugs… we all know how the bugs in Florida are. He also had the best attitude I’ve seen in a long time. He could have rushed. He could have complained, and he didn’t. He had a smile on his face for over 2 hours. When it stops raining I’ll post photos. Truly exceptional.

Anthony came out to detail my vehicle. Communicated with me on what steps he’d be taking during the detailing process. He was awesome as well as his work. My vehicle looks like I just drove it off the lot … no sorry, better than that… you have a repeat customer & I’ll let other people about the company as well..

These guys were great! They were on time, professional, and courteous. They cleaned our Corvette thoroughly and it looks amazing. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
