I got broken a window and right away call On Time for same day service. Luckely, they have the glass in stock and my back window got fixed right away. I was so happy with their service, and I highly recommend then in San Francisco 🤝 👍🏻!

On top of having great customer service, they have amazing quick service, i called to inquire about broken passenger window and they were pretty quick to arrive and install a new window for my 2010 Toyota Yaris! Definitely will keep them for future calls and emergencies, i highly recommend this small local business!!

I called On Time Auto Glass from LA after receiving a very convincing prank/scam call from someone pretending to be the Oakland PD, telling me my car window was smashed while parked at my friend's house ​My technician, Johel Corena (who is from El Salvador), rushed out to the location within a couple of hours to secure my car. When Johel arrived, he called to let me know the car was completely fine and no windows were broken he even sent me a video of my vehicle being completely fine. ​I felt terrible for wasting his time and offered him $50 for gas, but he refused to take it. Johel said he was just glad my car was safe and that a 5-star review was more than enough. Amazing response time, incredible honesty, and wonderful customer service. I will definitely use them again and ask for Johel!

I called at 7:15a, received a call back at 7:17 to schedule a 9:15a appointment. Rene arrived early, was friendly and helpful, and fixed my window in about 45 min. Highly recommend!!
