I left a previous review which the shop called fake because it wasn't yesterday Sunday 7/12. I never said it happened yesterday or when it happened at all even though a basic last name search would have revealed my wife's appointment friday 7/10. I thought in fairness, I would try to give a time for the smell to go away. But it is still uninhabitable, so check your records now and see. Because your hostility has lowered my opinion even more. And the degree of laziness it took to not even bother looking up The name before before accusing someone of being a liar is astounding. Before I left the review, I looked at other negative reviews since you only have a 3.6 rating out of 419 ratings and more 1 star reviews than 2, 3 and 4. The couple I saw it had problems with your service, in your reply to them, you told them, come back and you would fix it.So I thought that's what would happen. I was totally floored by your response. Original review: I've had cars detailed more times than I can count in my life and NEVER gone through this. All I wanted was my interior shampooed. Unfortunately, this business has declined significantly since the previous owners. They once had a loyalty program, which has since been discontinued, and the efficiency and customer service have noticeably suffered. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. and didn’t leave until 12:42 p.m. A wait of more than two hours is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the waiting area was extremely uncomfortable because the air conditioning was not working properly. Sitting inside felt even worse than waiting outside in the heat. I truly enjoy supporting small businesses, but customer experience should always be a priority. I left feeling like I paid to wait and endure an uncomfortable environment rather than receive timely service. I hope the owners address these issues, especially the long wait times and lack of air conditioning, because they have the opportunity to provide a much better experience.

I recently drove from Bonita Springs to Naples through the central corridor, and my car ended up completely covered in lovebugs — it was honestly pretty scary to look at. I tried washing the windshield myself, but it didn’t help much, so I stopped by Palm Bay Carwash & Detail Center. They did an amazing job right away, cleaning both the inside and outside of my car. Those bugs are really hard to remove, but they handled it perfectly. Special thanks to De'Morhe and Jairo — the two guys who worked on my car. They went over it multiple times and did a very thorough job. I really appreciate their effort and attention to detail! Highly recommend this place!

So this was my first experience ever getting my car, detailed by people other than myself. I’ve always seen this place because I lived here my entire life however I was somewhat satisfied with the service. So I got the VIP service which includes the works and add-on. The VIP service itself includes: Everything from The Works Plus: Leather Treatment on Seats, Shampoo front Floor Mats, and Hand Wash if requested. And then The Works includes: Soft Cloth Car Wash, Interior Vacuum, Windows Cleaning/IN & OUT, Protection, Dash and Console, Sealer Wax, Double Foaming, Wash, Hand Towel Dry, Tire Cleaner and Shine, Fragrance. I was so excited to get this done, and when I returned to my car, it wasn’t what I thought it was. There were still dirt underneath my seats, there were still dirty and dust in my middle area where my cupholders and everything is at. I understand at the time the actual Car wash machine itself was broken so they were hand washing, but the vacuuming in the interior cleaning of the car was not up to what I thought it was gonna be. Also, the front windshield of my car still had dirtiness on it.
