I visited this self-service car wash today at around 7:30 PM and paid $10. Unfortunately, the first vacuum near the back that’s attached to the blower had very weak suction and wasn’t strong enough to properly clean my car. It barely picked up dirt and debris, which was disappointing for a paid service. I hope the management checks and maintains the equipment so customers receive the quality they’re paying for.

[AVOID THIS PLACE] Extremely frustrating experience. Their equipment is either broken or completely ineffective, and the payment system overcharges you. To start, I used the second bay from the left, the dryer in the stall didn’t turn on at all after the wash. To make matters worse, when I turned the switch to "Off," the machine refused to stop charging, forcing me to pay for the entirety of a third session when I was only 4 min into it. After giving up in the bay, I drove to the back hoping to use the standalone blowers. The blower turned on after I paid, but the advertised 420 mph wind speed came out to be weaker than my hair dryer, completely useless for drying my car. I ended up wasting 40+ minutes and paying for three full sessions in the stall plus one session at the blower, only to drive off with a wet car covered in water stains. Avoid this place until they actually maintain their equipments.

Majority of the things here don’t work starting price is $4 here too compared to SoCal being a dollar for 4 minutes. UPDATE: you asked what didn’t work so I’ll put it here: The wheel cleaner option didn’t work The pre soak didn’t work The spot free rinse didn’t work there was no change from the regular rinse to the spot free one. The wax didn’t work either. THE ONLY thing that DID work was the triple foam and the regular spray rinse and rinse with soap. Besides that no other function worked on this bay.

Update: To the owner, your response came off as condescending and unapologetic. Obviously I don’t need a refund for the missing “second”, but considering the timing difference occurs every single time at every booth, I’m sure you’re well aware that it’s happening and even set it up that way. The issue is the willing deception of every one of your customers. I would hope that honesty and integrity would overcome a desire to squeeze just a little bit more money out of your loyal customers. I’ve been back since, and the issue is ongoing showing that you’ve taken no interest in or steps to rectify the issue. I am attaching the video I took, which you shouldn’t need considering it’s your car wash and you could easily test it out. I am also updating my review to a 2 star. Original: Decent car wash. Only thing is that you only get 59 seconds for ever “minute” which is kinda scammy. I timed it on my phone and recorded a video, and my phone timer ended up being an extra second behind for every minute. Other than that it’s what you would expect.

I like the idea of DIY car wash. I wash my car myself for a few years, I know it's not a cheap hobby. Some car wash tools are pricy. Some people live in apartment, they don't have space or garage for car wash. So the idea of sharing tools and space is good here. The problem is, this spot quite popular, so many people are here during weekends afternoon. Some people occupy their spots for too long. Some tools are not working properly (broken, need some fix). I saw a lady with her big truck, she occupied two drying spots! We need better maintenance and more spots like this
