Sad. My car is brand new (had for 1 month) and I was very nervous to have any place so it and I got even more nervous when I saw it wasn’t touchless. I paid for a full detail and wax… and I said to the guy before they took the car out. It’s brand new and I was so nervous as I would be so upset if I got any scratches or anything from it not being touch less. They didn’t scratch it. However, seemed rushed. My mirrors & windows were an annoyance as they were dirty and It seems like they just got the middle of everything and didn’t even touch my mirrors. I don’t know if multiple people are working on people’s cars to where they missed it assuming the other person got it? I don’t know. The water spots seem to be worse thn before but it’s like they didn’t even touch the car in the edges/trimming. Under my windshield wipers still had debris and dirt Please see attached pictures :(

They are amazing. I brought my filthy Subaru crosstrek in for a carwash and it’s been a long time, so it was pretty dirty. They did an awesome job it’s like it’s brand new. Definitely recommend they take pride in their work. I got the full service wash inside and outside with bug removal. 35$ plus 5$ for bug removal def well worth my money.

I would love to give 100 stars. Simon is the best. Always exceeds my expectations!! They detailed my car today. They found $100 bill in it.. I found it in my center console, I would have NEVER known I lost it. One of the guys found it and put it back on my car. Integrity is the word of the day. Class act. This is the spot to go to THEY CARE!!!!! Ty so much. And I will keep coming back

I took my car to Paradise for a full-service wash and had a very disappointing experience. I drive an older car (2007) that was repainted in 2023 and has been through many car washes without any issues. After my visit, a product that was sprayed on my car (likely a shine or gloss) reacted badly with the paint and left stains that damaged the finish. I noticed it about an hour later and brought it back right away. The staff was polite, and the person I believe was the manager assumed the reaction may have been due to my car being repainted or possibly lacking a topcoat, though this wasn’t confirmed. I understand it may not have been intentional, but I paid over $40 and left with my car in worse condition. I’m posting this review to make others aware — if you have an older or repainted car, please be cautious, as the products used here seem very harsh and may damage paint. This was a really disappointing experience, and now I’m left unsure of how to fix the damage.

Another car wash! Seems like we have a lot of them what sets this one apart is the service of having someone else detail the inside and wax it. First time using their full service plus hand wax, I’m happy with the results. The outside of the car looks great! The customer service was excellent as well. If I had to give one negative feedback, it would be the stuff they used to wipe down the interior. The inside looks all shiny and glossed over. Personally not a fan of that but that’s being picky. Overall, I would recommend them!
