This car wash place is actually terrible. This is not the place you go to get anything detailed or done properly. They absolutely rush through everything and just care about getting the max amount of cars in and out. My car still had bird poop on it when it was “finished”, dust everywhere on the dash, the cup holder still dirty… the list goes on and on. They weren’t friendly or welcoming on entry and when I had to go back and ask them to re-do spots they missed they wiped a spot I showed them, then looked at me clueless waiting for me to tell them the next spot. If i wanted to do the car myself, I would’ve done it myself, you shouldn’t pay for a detailed service, the highest package mind you, and have to illustrate one by one where still needs to be cleaned after they tell you it’s ready. Trash. Would not recommend. See pics, please take your car elsewhere where your money and time is valued. If you need an actual 5 star car wash service, go to Ferrara on sheridan, it’s way further out but your car will be SPOTLESS when it’s done and the customer service is impeccable. I tried this place today to try and find somewhere closer but regretted it immensely. $40+ dollars wasted.

I typically go here to wash my car and they do well. I knew my car needed cleaning so I payed for the diamond which costed me 40 dollars. Unfortunately, it looks like absolutely nothing was done to clean my car. Pretty disappointed. This place used to be my go to.

The exterior was very clean, but there were several issues inside. When I dropped off the car, I let them know what needed to be fixed, but they left it the same. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Outside of car looks good, but the inside looks like nothing got done to it. I am just being truthful here. Cup holders and other areas still have crumbs. There is still dust parts of the dash board. The rugs still had crumbs on them. I paid for the most expensive package too. I am very disappointed. :(

I highly recommend this car wash! The staff is incredibly friendly, hardworking, and takes great pride in their work. They operate efficiently and consistently provide excellent customer service. While I sometimes have to wipe down a few spots that drivers tend to notice more, this is common with most car washes unless you opt for a full professional detailing—which I do a few times a year. That said, they always do a great job removing bugs from my car especially when I ask them to focus on it, same with my boyfriends big truck. Their pricing is fair, and I also recommend their detailing packages. Overall, a great experience—just don’t forget to tip well!
