Is there a designated individual overseeing this location? It appears that there are 15 guests who have been waiting for a shower since last night. Please fulfill your responsibilities promptly. We refuel with 1,000 bucks every other day. Kindly show respect and work efficiently to ensure the showers are availible, or should we halt the shower queue in the system?

They told me the shower line would be about 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting a full hour before I could shower. If the guy cleaning the showers had worked faster instead of chatting in the back, this wouldn't have been an issue. I was not satisfied at all, it's a disorganized place, and I would never recommend it.

If yall really do care about having parking spaces for over the road drivers, here is your chance. This abandoned vehicle has been sitting since at least 11 March 2026.

This place is nasty as hell. The amount of trash, mice and rats. The bathroom is dirty ever time I come here. The lack of friendlyness is very poor for a pilot. The amount of money they charge for parking is crazy!!!! I always thought that truckers were appreciated for all that we do but instead they just rob us for our money for parking!!!!! With the 22$ for one night of parking they should be able to get rid of all that trash on the property. The showers are small for the amount of money you pay for a shower. Over all this place is truly disgusting and not worth it overall. The nerve of the employee to knock on doors asking for money for everything is mind blowing. I would not stay here again if I didn't have too.

I’ve been coming to this Pilot for the last four years, and ever since Victor left, the place has been a mess—broken microwave, washing machines, toilet seat cover, and napkins. The display cases are filthy, not dirty filthy. I believe new manager from Wendy’s have taken over ever since Victor left. The place is a mess. You can then see Jeorge has no concerned in his store not to mention that they did not want to give credit to a customer who have bought some load bars where it doesn’t indicate that you can return it if you don’t need it. six minutes after you walk out the door, so definitely proceeded with caution. I will contact the Corporate Office with these photos. I will tell you the guy who cleans the showers on Saturday the 15th does an excellent job.
