I am a new, lifetime customer of the Pitt Stop! I had taken my car elsewhere for a tune-up, only to have my car returned to me with animal tracks and urine all in the back seat… it was wild. Looked like raccoon tracks. The other auto shop set us up with the Pitt Stop to get everything properly cleaned and sanitized after this- Darryl Pittman was so pleasant, friendly and efficient to work with!! I thought this was going to take so much longer and be such an ordeal- but he took over with a smile and even helped by coordinating with our previous auto shop so that they could pay for the damages. Here are some photos of the after - clean, raccoon-paw-print free. I wish you could smell the car! It looks and smells like a brand new car! Thank you Darryl and crew :)

Had the bike detailed for my birthday turned out better than new. This was me treating myself, well worth it, great group of guys. Absolutely recommend.

I am writing to share a deeply troubling experience my family recently had with Pittstop, which I believe must be addressed. In fairness, we did attempt to resolve the matter directly with the owner, Darly, but unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution was reached. I am usually very mindful about leaving reviews, but what transpired was beyond the line of remaining silent. A veteran who served honorably in the United States Navy suffered from severe tinnitus and tragically took his own life while sitting in his cherished vehicle. His newly widowed wife was devastated, and under the guidance of her pastor, she entrusted Pittstop to repair the truck. Kathy, a grandmother in her 70s on a fixed income, clearly communicated the need to keep costs low so the vehicle could be sold. A local Ford dealership had even offered to purchase the truck after repairs. Unfortunately, Pittstop was not equipped to properly handle repairs involving fluids and stains from the accident. Instead of using specialized equipment to treat the affected areas, they opted to replace parts, resulting in a significant final bill. Daryl Pitman was such a pleasure to work with. My husband’s truck had his headlights restored and exterior detailed. The vehicle looks Brand NEW! Everything was seamless in dropping off and picking up. We have never had a vehicle detailed and I would highly recommend taking your car or truck there. Thank you Daryl for incredible work and absolute professionalism.

The service is great. These guys do a great job. When I brought my car in the first time it was so dirty I knew it would take a long time. When I got it back it was like new. No dog hair, no grass, no dirt or dust and the upholstery was spotless. The car is 7 years old the upholstery is a light tan. So I'm more than happy with the service.
