If I could give Premium OC more than five stars, I absolutely would. Daniel and the entire team at Premium OC are simply REMARKABLE. A couple of months ago, they handled an incredibly complicated installation for us that involved coordinating parts, installation, and another outside vendor, and they managed the entire process with a level of professionalism, communication, patience, and attention to detail that is almost impossible to find in the automotive world. These guys genuinely care about the cars they work on and, just as importantly, about the people who own them. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, nothing was overlooked, and the finished result was exactly what it needed to be. When you own a car you truly love, handing it over to someone takes a certain amount of trust. Premium OC has earned mine completely. I honestly would not take my car anywhere else for specialty parts, installation, body work, or anything requiring that extra level of care and expertise. I’m extremely impressed with the service I received. I came in for PPF on my headlamps and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations—clean install, no bubbles, and great attention to detail. The online communication once I recieved my quote was professional, friendly, and attentive.The staff was very welcoming and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely incredible experience. The team went above and beyond on my Audi R8 and the results speak for themselves. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the work was completed quickly, and they handled some very intricate modifications to ensure perfect fitment. Everything was done with precision and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I would trust them with any project. Highly recommended.

Premium crushed this one! Adrian and the team were outstanding on this build. From getting it done over the holidays and the attention to detail on the High Gloss PPF wrap and window tint all the way to the new exhaust this was a 10/10 experience. Always going back and recommending people to them. Best shop in OC without a doubt

I'm so blown away by my experience with Premium's OC. I wish I could give them 6 stars as they really went above and beyond! I first contacted them by email and to my surprise, Daniel responded very quickly, addressed my needs and gave me an estimate for satin black wrap and tinted windows. While it was a little higher than others I had contacted, I decided to go with Premium since I had watched their videos on YouTube and loved their passion, attention to details, beyond excellent customer service and flagrant enthusiasm. Leslie then stepped in to assist Daniel and she was extremely nice and helpful. The process was super fun, they even installed a custom shifter, strut braces on for me and I plan on having them do my exhaust and more after they did such a great job. Then I got my car back and WOW!!!! Every corner and fold looks seamless and perfect. The craftmanship is superior and it shows. I was so elated that I went with these guys, they're super cool and mega talented! A few days later, I took my car to the BMW dealership for service and they all thought the car had been painted as it looks so clean and, I get compliments about the wrap all the time.
