Brought both my Cadillacs to Pristine Auto Care in July 2026, and had them treated with the Ultimate Armor Package. Axel was great and very informative. His team did great work and worked late into the evening to have our vehicles returned the next day. Axel still answers my texts whenever I have a question. If I could give them more stars, I would. Both my cars still look great with standard maintenance washes at home. Thanks Pristine Auto Care.

I must say I am Truly Disappointed with my Experience with Pristine Auto, I was 100 Percent Transparent with Axel what I was looking to get & what my Car Needed? Granted the Car Looks Good, Better than it did however Not Great! For the Money I Spent I Feel i was Misled & Misunderstood I thought I was getting a Ceramic Pro & I thought that my Interior was with the Price of $1,200.00 because I was under the Impression they were going to Sanitize, Fumigate, Steam Clean & do a thorough Job of the Interior, Boy was I Wrong. They also missed Certain Spots on my Vehicle that I Pointed Out to Him and his Response was that Service is More Money I even said to him that Finitos Auto Mobile Detailing Service was having a Special for $599.99 Dollars that Includes Clay Bar & Wash,Paint Correction & a 5 Year Ceramic Coating & Sealant plus they Buff the Headlights & Clean them for You for Free, for the Money I Spent which was $1000.00 Dollars even with $200.00 Dollars Off the Price because Axel said he had a Cancellation/ Now I know why? I also was Pressured into making a Decision on Trusting Him and Putting my Faith in his Words & Products & Services and I Feel now I should have Gone to Fini

Axel and his team at Pristine Auto Care work efficiently and put the customer first. The work they did on the used car I brought in is nothing less than amazing. Just one look at it upon picking it up and I was stunned. They really put the life back into this car and gave me something to enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend this detail shop! The team takes their job seriously and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck is only two months old, and my little kid accidentally scratched almost every panel. I couldn’t believe the results, but this shop worked miracles. They fixed everything, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I also opted for the lifetime ceramic coating—if you’re buying a new car, don’t think twice, just do it! The truck looks amazing. A big thank you to Axel (the owner) and all his employees. You guys are the best! I’ve added some before-and-after pictures of the scratches; they were very deep and looked terrible
