I submitted a request yesterday morning and within an hour they had given me a quote and let me know that they had available appointments. We made the appointment that day. They were so professional so kind the area was clean and inviting. Would 100% refer them to family and friends. In a time where customer service is lacking, this was an absolute wonderful experience. On top of that, my windows look absolutely amazing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pro Tint is hands-down the BEST shop for anything car-related — tint, audio, lighting, car security/wiring, and custom work. The quality is always top-tier, their pricing is competitive, and the whole team actually cares about doing things right. Over 10 years ago I came in with a weird project: I wanted to build an electric bike just to get myself to school. My mom and I bought an old Schwinn-frame bike, and I started piecing together the parts. Jeff and his guys didn’t laugh it off — they helped me wire the components, welded what I needed,- and brought the whole thing to life. That bike literally got me to school for the next 3 years. Since then, they’ve taken care of multiple vehicles for me, including my first car; a 1991 Honda CRX. Then later, my 2008 Jaguar, And now finally; my brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance. Every time, the work is clean, professional, and the end result looks incredible — especially their ceramic tints. I’ve sent so many friends and family here over the years I’ve lost count, and every single person has comes back impressed, and well satisfied. Pro Tint is a staple in Temple City / Rosemead and easily one of the best custom auto shops

TL;DR: Not recommended. Time estimates were inaccurate and installation quality was unacceptable. I was quoted $200 for tinting two front windows, with an estimated 1-hour turnaround. First visit: When I arrived with an appointment, I was told it would actually take 3 hours -- requiring me to arrange two Uber rides. Soon after, I noticed increased wind noise, significant residue, and the tint began peeling from the bottom. Second visit: Returned a few days later. I was assured a fix would take less than 2 hours, but I didn't get a call until 4 hours later. More Uber rides. Within days, the tint began bubbling and peeling again -- in the same spot. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully: no window use, no touching the film. At this point I've spent $200 on the tint, $150 on Ubers (4 trips), 7+ hours waiting -- and now have to pay another shop to remove and replace the tint properly. Jeff stopped responding to my messages. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Pro-Tint is local and decided to give them business because they know what they're doing. If you live in SoCal, tinted windows are a must. The nonstop heat we receive each year is ridiculous and if your car has leather seats, tinted windows will prolong the life of those seats from harmful UV rays. Unlike some other businesses are first come first serve, they accept appointments and will give you a reasonable time frame. One caveat that I should mention is that when I took the two cars to get windows tinted during Covid and the employees here had their masks off or wearing them on their chins while installing tint on cars. When entering the business, the lady at the front desk (Jasmine) didn't wear hers either until someone (me) walked into the building. Even before vaccines were offered, I saw it on both occasions (dropping off and picking up) that masks were not worn properly, either not wearing it on wearing it on their chins. I assume they don't want to wear it or hinders them while working on the cars but I honestly believe the owner should make it a priority that his/her employees are safe and following protocols. Awesome job with knowledgeable staff. We made appointment to have our windows tinted. Jeff , who is the owner called us back right away to acknowledge our concern about the possible scratches of the tint which is kind of common on BMW. He is very professional and informative. We had great experience there. Our car looks beautiful. Highly recommended.
