The second we pulled up Angel was there and ready to greet us! He is so kind and all around just an awesome human!! He recommended a good wash package for us! Our new car looks great and definitely found our spot to keep our car looking nice! Angel thank you for your help!!

Great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash! Eddie was incredibly friendly, had an amazing positive attitude, and went out of his way to help me with an air freshener. Excellent customer service and a great team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff was great, and the girl at the front was the only helpful part of this entire experience. The car wash ripped the rear wiper completely off my vehicle, and she helped me file a claim right away. She told me a manager would contact me by Sunday or Monday.... Well, it's now Wednesday, June 24, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Not a phone call, not an email, nothing. The damage happened on June 21, and apparently nobody thinks it's important enough to follow up with a customer after their equipment damages someone's vehicle. Since I was only visiting the area, I won't be back to this location anyway. After the way this has been handled, I wouldn't come back even if I lived nearby. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Trying to contact corporate is just as frustrating. They seem more interested in passing people around and getting them off the phone than actually resolving problems. It's pretty clear customer service ends the moment they have your money. At this point, I'd like a regional manager to contact me, because nobody else seems interested in taking responsibility. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing, and I will

Best wash I've had the ceramic shield protection is top notch. Would highly recommend over any other wash out there. The customer service is great Eddie is always super helpful always friendly they make you feel like family.

The quality of the Ceres wash is excellent, but it's the staff that keeps me coming back. My car looks amazing, and the service from Angel is second to none. If you want a great wash and friendly faces, this is the spot!
