Enjoyed my visit to this car wash. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best plan for me, even let me know about adding other cars if needed. The rest of the team was friendly and I like the wave after they guide you in to the tunnel.

I never leave negative reviews, but this Quick Quack location on Watt Avenue has become completely unacceptable. Every time I visit, there are no towels stocked, multiple vacuums are broken or barely functioning, and the lot is dirty. These issues have been brought to management’s attention repeatedly, yet nothing ever changes. The employees consistently appear overworked, and customers are often left waiting while maintenance and operational issues around the property remain unresolved. Unfortunately, the lack of leadership and upkeep is noticeable the moment you pull onto the lot. What is most disappointing is that this location is damaging the reputation of the entire company. Many of the hardworking employees who used to make this location enjoyable have left, and it shows. The newer staff appear to receive little to no training, leaving customers with poor service and unresolved issues. My visit today was the final straw. The entrance gate had exposed wiring during my visit. The inside of the wash was filthy, with dirty floors, dirty walls, and dirty signage throughout the tunnel. This is around the fifth time I’ve visited where there was little or no soap being dispensed

I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years, but Quick Quack is on a completely different level. From the moment you pull in, everything is fast, organized, and honestly just really well run. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and actually seems like they care—which is rare these days. The wash itself is top-tier. My 81 Honda comes out looking spotless every single time—no missed spots, no streaks, no water marks. Even the wheels and hard-to-clean areas look brand new. You can tell they use quality equipment and maintain it well. What really stands out though is the consistency. It doesn’t matter what day or time I go, I get the same great experience. The membership is 100% worth it too—being able to swing by anytime and keep your car looking clean without thinking twice is a game changer. Also, I’ve got to mention how quick it actually is. In and out in just a few minutes, but still better results than places that take twice as long. Overall, if you care about keeping your car clean and want something fast, reliable, and actually enjoyable—this is hands down the best car wash around. I won’t go anywhere else.

Please more training the shipping in quick wash hear what I’ve been on. She’s not respect. She ran signal with the driver and also she not respect. Please change this all.
