Lmao greedy owners put the machine at the lowest settings. It’s like they’re giving you a car a baby soft massage doesn’t even wipe the car. The spinning things are spinning super slow. It’s on super eco-mode rip off go somewhere better.. no water no soap no effort either it’s busted or they got it on cheap mode on the weekends

I've been to this place many times and I always pay $11, and they usually dry my truck well. On Saturday, December 27th, they left my truck covered in soap and didn't dry it properly. I went back to the woman who was taking the payments, explained the situation, and she was very rude. Instead of offering a solution, she was just arrogant. I manage a restaurant, and instead of arguing with a customer, I try to find a solution so the restaurant doesn't get a bad reputation, even though it's not mine, but that's how I make a living and pay my bills. Not to mention that the vacuum cleaners are always clogged.

Very bad service. The last time I went there, the machines broke my windshield wipers. And even though I called and spoke with the owner, she only asked for my license plate number. And that was it. I never heard anything back. So, I had to pay for the repairs myself. Therefore, I don't recommend this place based on my experience.

I have been coming to this drive in carwash for many years and today marks the end. Worst experience in life. The machine ripped off my windshield wiper on my BMW completely and scratched the bumper. When I parked my car and walked up to let them know that the machine had ripped off my windshield wiper if they could give it back to me in the nicest way knowing how expensive the part was. The lady then started yelling at me saying there is nothing she could do about it since it’s in the middle of the machine proses. Then I asked if she could stop to get it for me. She yelled at me again saying “No! There’s the managers number text it!” “You have to wait till there is no more cars in line” and all these other things giving me attitude mind you it’s a drive in car wash there is non stop. I went back to dry my car went back and she then got it while there was a long line give it to the guy that was there to give it to me. And said nothing at all. Worst experience ever! After many years never again coming here. * Got my car scratched up * Got my windshield wiper ripped off. * Got Yelled and disrespected by the worker * worst customer service experience

Worst experience ever. I went to this car wash like alway to wash my 2005 BMW. I been going for the past year since I move to Bell, and today when proceeding in to wash car wash, I notice I didn’t move, like I was stuck and I tried to step out my car the lady told me no for liability purpose and I understand but how was I suppose to see if moving forward or backwards wouldn’t damage my car more.🥺” I said well what’s going on”she said my car is to low and it’s stuck on the rail, like how after so many times going she then told me back up or go forward, how it didn’t move i was afraid could not see what happened that led to this 😩 I was trying find a solution instead she started talking about my fault how ? I don’t own a car wash their supposed to tell you if it’s ok or not to go in. their are no signs that say so, how would I know this what’s going to happen. I never had issues before, such an embarrassing moment sadly this happened to my car. I am overwhelmed do not know what todo… ☹️ Can someone please advise. I am sad and hoping this damage doesn’t cost me a lot to fix.
