Very disappointed with QuickWash America. The vehicles are not being cleaned properly, both inside and outside. For the price you pay, you expect a much better job and more attention to detail. Management also needs to do a better job supervising and managing the employees. Hopefully they take customer feedback seriously and improve the quality of service.

I would highly recommend staying far away from QuickWash in McKinney unless you want your car mistreated and your money wasted. This was hands-down the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The nightmare started right at the entrance of the automated wash tunnel. While trying to put my car into neutral, the employee working the pre-wash hose violently tapped/hit my vehicle to get me to stop. He approached me with an incredibly rude, aggressive attitude. I immediately stopped him and made it clear that hitting a customer's car is completely unacceptable and that there are proper ways to signal a driver. He quickly realized he picked the wrong one to bully, but the complete lack of basic professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, the actual job they did was incredibly mediocre for a premium $129.34 service. I paid for a full interior shampoo and sanitation, but the final result looked like a rushed, five-minute vacuum job. The Floor Mats & Trunk Liner: They are still completely covered in dried dirt, dust film, and scuffs. They look like they weren't even pulled out or wiped down, let alone deep-cleaned. The Leather Seats: There is visible debris left in the perforations

Look, I haven’t gotten my car detailed since I got it back in 2022. I had so much dog hair, and just stuff everywhere. I got my tires rotated next door and figured i’d get a car wash. Then I thought i’d ask if they had detailing services. Lorenzo gave me a list of options. Super nice guy & assured it would look great. I did it. Waited about an hour. Came back to my car and was confused bc I thought it wasn’t my car. It looks like new. I am beyond impressed. I had to go thank him for recommending it. So anyone on the QuickWash team who worked on a white honda CRV on June 11th, 2026, shoutout to you. Yall made my whole day.

This place is wildly underrated. For the service and quality they provide, there is no better value. Full-service exterior wash and interior cleaning and dressing service for only $49 is wild. Modern car washes want $25-35 for flashy lights and tire wax, and then expect you to clean the interior. These do it all and perform a fantastic job in the process. Bring a book or just relax for 30 minutes while they do the work for you. Well worth it and I will continue to come back!

seriously cannot recommend this car wash enough!!! From start to finish the whole experience was TOP TIER. Mr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and so helpful. The way he explained everything and broke down the options honestly made me want to get the full wash AND the interior detailing — and I am so glad I did! He made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable, and you really can’t beat how easy everything was. No pressure, just great service and real professionalism. And let me just say… the work they did on my car was CRAZY good. The detailing was hands down the BEST I’ve ever had. My car literally looked brand new inside and out. They paid attention to every little detail and it shows. The shine, the cleanliness, the freshness — unmatched. If you’re even thinking about going, GO. The service, the quality, the whole process — you can’t beat it. I’ll absolutely be back!
