I would not recommend this parking yard to anyone. I parked my truck here expecting it to be kept in a reasonably safe place. When I returned, the truck had been damaged by another vehicle while it was parked. Instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help, nobody cared. The person working at the yard doesn't speak English and simply gives you a phone number for someone who appears to be the manager. When you call, he gets annoyed that you're contacting him, refuses to provide any assistance, and offers no solution whatsoever. He just tells you to talk to the security guard. Unfortunately, the "security" provides no security at all. If your vehicle is damaged on their property, don't expect anyone to investigate, help, or take responsibility. You're completely on your own. Very disappointing experience, terrible customer service, and absolutely no accountability. Park your vehicle here at your own risk.

Worst spot to park ever. They have rude securitys that they dont know NOTHING, somebody crashed my trailer when I was out and the answer was there is no cameras so u need to pay for everything. Im covering all my expenses now Even the owner got angry when the security gave me his phone number to talk about what happened, his answer was how did u get my number? Instead of see how we can solve the issue. Dont go if u dont want to loose money!

Terrible service from start to finish. The security guard was rude, aggressive, and acted like basic respect toward drivers was too much to ask for. The pricing is completely absurd — mandatory payment for 3 days minimum is way beyond reasonable for a truck parking lot. This place clearly isn’t built around customer service or long-term business. The whole model feels like: grab as much money as possible in the moment and don’t care if people ever come back again. Plenty of better places around with more professional staff and fair pricing.

Put a sign on the gate if there’s no parking available, or at least have your employee come outside and tell drivers there are no spots. And no — today is not a weekend or New Year’s Eve. Charging the equivalent of 3 days minimum for this is ridiculous. During rain, the entrance turns into a deep lake. No regular car can even get inside to pick you up. You literally have to get out of your truck before the entrance and swim to the security guard, who apparently is too afraid to step outside and do his job. And the funniest part — there are “no spots available”… until you agree to pay for 3 days. Then suddenly a spot magically appears. If you point out this little magic trick to the security guard, he’ll just tell you to leave. I used to stop here often and recommended this place to friends. Not anymore. A couple miles farther in Miami Gardens you’ll find normal security guards at the gate and an actual paved parking lot.

Just stay away! I gave it another try today. Last time "security " was drunk. Today he told me that minimum is 3 days. Edited later after response: No need to lie? I have proof. P.S. Russo Turisto Oblico Morale...
