Had a really great experience with Jet Black Tint & Glass. They did an amazing job and really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and you can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely come back. Highly recommend them!

First time tinting my car, took about 3.5 hours to get it done. When I arrived the building was open but there were not workers there my appointment was at 8:15 and I wasn’t attend until 8:45. When I was attended I was told that they only had 25 and 35 percent tint even though the $99 package says 20% for 5 windows but I knew that was too good to be true. My specific car does not have a smaller quarter window in the back but they still charged me as if I was paying for 7 windows. I already knew I was going to pay more in person so they charged me $89 more for the two front windows bringing my total to $188 for the economy package. I was also the first person in the lot there and my car was not worked on until 10:30am. I found that pretty weird since I even had an appointment but I didn’t see any techs in yet when I arrived. There was some water in the tint still but they shared that it would go away with heat so I hope that’s true. The actual tint job was pretty decent even tho there’s a decent gap between the window and tint. While there one person arrived and mentioned that their tint job was not completed correctly and return for them to fix it. To be honest this place is dece

I came in for the $199 deal TJ was there. He explained all the differences between the packages. I paid a little bit more, but it was definitely worth it. I definitely recommend coming here it’s definitely worth the price of it !!

2026/08/26 Update: you have to love the rubber stamp response. If you want to know what went wrong Jet Black Tint, read my review and look at the picture. 2026/08/09 Update: Look at the picture. All the windows have small bulbs visible from the outside. I don't know if they warranty this but why?! It'll be same people installing it. Save yourself. Go elsewhere. Original Review 2026/07/11: Make sure you know exactly what you're getting!!! Typically it's $350 for premium ceramic tint on all sides and rear window. I've paid this before on my Jetta with 7 windows. The deal is $200. I booked this $200 deal for premium ceramic. Sent my daughter to bring the vehicle. They ended up charging her $485. The "up to 7 windows" typically includes front sides. This car only has 5 windows including the front sides. I don't know which is worse. They don't know what they're selling or they took advantage of my daughter for not knowing. Either way. This is the 4th vehicle I've had jet black tint and last vehicle we're bringing to Jet Black to tint. It's one thing is you don't want to honor your $200 deal. I'm fine with $350 for premium ceramic that blocks 99% of UV heat. It's another i

Brought my car to the redwood city location I came in for the $199 deal TJ was there to assist me with the different tint materials they have, over all experience was smooth and tint is still good for now
