Ordered tint for 7 windows. I had an appt set for 4PM on Thursday, and they were able to get me in many hours earlier and were finished in less than 4 hours. The price and discount was very fair and exactly what it was on their ads through Instagram. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the guy's name who helped me. He had a pony tail I believe and was super professional, straight forward and kind. The windows turned out great, and I will recommend Jet Black Tint Richmond to friends! The location is obviously not in a great area (Richmond), so it was nice to know the whole place is gated and you have to call to be buzzed in. Gives you some peace of mind when leaving your car over an hour away for the day. They had 4 tint package options, all increasing in price as you go. I went with their basic, non-nano texture tint and I am super pleased. The associate did not try to upsell me anything unnecessary and listened to exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I do not think they cover the dash when tinting the windshield as my dash board and screens had wiped streaks all over them. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Another perk, they will not charge you for tint removal if you come back

Customer service was great window tinting options are affordable. I went in and was taking care of and was given the best option for my truck. Really happy about my purchase today and my tints came out dope. I highly suggest this to everybody y’all go in and get your estimates. They’re really cool and they’re willing to work with you. I appreciate y’all.

I initially had my windows tinted at the Fairfield, CA location and was not happy with the job. The tint starting peeling within one week. I couldn’t get them to call me back. Corporate sent me to the Richmond, CA location and Tony fixed my tint!! I am extremely happy with the job he did! It looks amazing!! He turned a terrible experience into a great one! I highly recommend Tony for your window tint!

Just did Full Matte Finish PPF & Full Ceramic Coating in my brand new 2025 BMW M4 Competition , It came out Great very happy with their quality work and they have very reasonable pricing compared to market prices but doesn’t mean less quality work from my recent experience. Antonio helped me out through out the process, such a cool guy super cooperative & helpful. I recommend this place . Thanks again Tony !

UPDATE 10/23/2024: I ended up getting one of my back windows touched up and tinted the moonroof, and the whole windshield. Tony was here this morning. He’s cool and accommodating. He worked work efficiently. 👍🏾🤩 I arrived here early today after booking my appointment over the weekend to replace my front windshield because they won me over with the free window tint promotion that comes with the windshield replacement. Lol. The manager made an accommodation for me and tinted only the two front windows upon my request. Customer service was great, the tints came out clean, and the windshield looks good as new. Thank you! 🙌🏾😎
