Love the car wash and staff. Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 since I was finally able to speak to someone who was able to resolve my issue. Jose the manager reached out to me to explain the situation and resolved what was my concern. He advised me there system is being updated and any future changes or issues he will be more than happy to help. The staff are always helpful and friendly, also I have been satisfied with my car washes.

The carwash itself is awesome and the staff on-site is great. However, if you have an issue it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone or by email. The phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. No one calls you back. The email on the website does not work. I've sent two and both cannot be delivered according to Gmail. I just want information on changing my vehicle information... The state sent me a new licence plate. You can update service plan and payment method but NOT vehicle information.

PLEASE BEWARE OF WARE FOR LARGE VEHICLE Please be aware if you own a large SUV beware do not go through the car wash. i have a 2025 Escalade IQ and the antenna cover wash rip off and damaged. They took a report and response to me by email within (3)days. Good afternoon Ms.Smith, I hope you are doing well. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation may have caused. We appreciate your patience while we completed our investigation. After carefully reviewing the security footage and the details of your claim, we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your damage claim. To help resolve this matter, we would like to offer you the following options: Option 1: We can provide you with a $500 gift card as compensation. Option 2: We can purchase a replacement antenna cover for your vehicle and provide you with a $250 gift card. Crappy wash! Employees don’t brush the front or back of the cars like most washes like this. Car still dirty (bird poop and pollen spots) water didn’t even rinse off all dirty water so dried back on dirty all over (not hard water spots thats different). Does not offer undercarriage wash or free rags to dry off cars. Waste of money!

I had such a great experience at Rising Tide Car Wash. Everyone there was super friendly, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. I talked with Tyler while I was there, and he explained how the car wash supports individuals with autism and provides meaningful job opportunities. Hearing that honestly gave the whole experience a deeper meaning — it felt really good knowing I was supporting something bigger than just a car wash. The staff was patient, kind, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the people they serve. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Rising Tide to anyone looking for a great car wash with an even better mission.
