I know my car is always in great hands when I drop it off for some work at Rivali. I had a full colour Paint Protection Film (PPF) wrap done on my 2021 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S back in September of last year. I still find myself staring at the lovely colour and how well it suits my car.....while also admiring their attention to detail and their amazing craftsmanship. I love the Nardo Grey PPF we.decidwd and have zero regrets. The guys at Rivali (Torrance) are a group of true professionals. They do everything they can to make sure their knowledge, techniques, and craftsmanship are always evolving as they strive to be the best. In my opinion they're the best and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for PPF (colour or clear) wraps, window tinting, and auto detailing. PPF isn't cheap but Rivali warranties their PPF work for 10-12 years, depending on the brand of material chosen. A vinyl wrap may last you 2-3 years. At 3 years and beyond it is possible you'll run into serious issues when you try to remove the material from the paint surface. There are plenty of horror stories out there. Very sad actually. I want to thank Anthony and the rest of the crew for the great job they did on my paint correction and ceramic coating. Bailey handled the communication and kept me informed every step of the way. My car had scratches from two instances—one caused by wind debris and the other from objects coming into contact with the side of the car—and they did an excellent job restoring the finish. They were able to significantly reduce the primer scratches and completely remove the clear coat scratches. Everyone was professional, courteous, and took the time to address my concerns. Whenever I had a question, they were patient and quick to resolve it. I’ll definitely be returning for additional services.

- CUSTOMER ORIENTED - Above and beyond the scope of work I wanted - Clearly take pride and stand by their work - The whole team is knowledgeable, professional, and personable I contacted Rivali (formerly Concours) in late November for PPF and was told about their 20% November promotion. Even though they were busy, they fit me into the schedule and it was well worth the wait. Since the promo was ending soon, I wasn’t sure about adding tint and ceramic coating, but Daniel, the owner, assured me the discount would be honored if I added services later. Daniel was very approachable and knowledgeable when I came in to place the deposit—he explained the process, pros and cons, and made recommendations without any pressure. A couple weeks later I added tint and ceramic coating, and they honored the price. Just days before my appointment I scratched the car; they not only buffed out the scratch but also removed two other scratches I hadn’t noticed! At pickup, Bailey walked me through the job and the PPF work was flawless and seamless. Daniel and the team even added extra PPF in high-wear areas at no charge. Excellent work by Brett and Doug's team! My McLaren GT had some rock chip damage. The team at Concours touched up the chips in the paint and applied PPF in the frontal area. Should have done this when I first purchased the car, but lesson learned. Now looking as good as new! Concours will be my first stop after leaving the dealership for the next car!
