I LOVE this car wash! I pay for a gold wash package which is unlimited washes. I live by the beach and park outside. This package is worth its weight in "gold" !!!! One, I can go as many times as I want per month! Two, I don't have to vacuum my own car and sweat my ass off trying to get the dog hair off. Three , my black car looks brand new every time I leave. Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my SUV that is only one month old and selected the basic wash. The employee pressured me into upgrading to a more expensive package, claiming the vehicle was “too dirty,” and then charged an extra fee because it was an SUV. After paying $85.99+, the car was still dirty, the vacuuming was poorly done, and the windows were covered in streaks. When I spoke to the manager, I was told that if I wanted better results, I should pay for a detail. Poor service, poor quality, and zero customer care. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE. I got my car detailed (almost $400 service). Worst detail ever. Reached out to corporate. No response. It wasn’t until I left bad reviews everywhere that I got a response. I was able to take my car back to have the detail ‘completely’ redone. While it was better, when they cleaned the inside, they completely undid the leather seat conditioning. The seats look terrible. The car doesn’t smell clean. So even after getting my car detailed TWICE, no car for over 4 hours each time, it still wasn’t done correctly. Don’t waste your time or money for anything better than a basic wash. My car barely looks better than the $25 wash I’ve gotten there in the past. Literally anywhere else would do a better job.

I brought my brand new white 2026 Acura MDX to the Huntington Beach location on Beach Blvd & Garfield on March 15 for a Diamond Wash around 9:15–9:35 AM. After leaving the wash and driving home (about 10 minutes away), I noticed water spots on the rear windshield from the wash. When I went to dry the glass, I discovered multiple scratches on the exterior of the rear windshield that were not there prior to the wash. I immediately drove back and spoke with the site manager, Benito Badillo, around 10:15 AM. He inspected the glass and confirmed the scratches were on the exterior surface (not the tint) but insisted the wash could not have caused the damage and declined to provide insurance information or take responsibility. The scratches appear consistent with an abrasive object being dragged across the glass in a circular motion during washing or drying. The vehicle is brand new and this was the first time it has been through a car wash. I contacted corporate and was told the damage is “inconsistent with their wash process,” despite the clear swirl pattern visible in the glass.
