Don't be fooled by kind gestures, promises, a good attitude and friendly interactions. The tough part is Rolondo was very friendly, nice and seemed genuinely sincere in his commitments to complete this sale smoothly. We bought a 32' Keystone from him in Feb. 2025. We went through the trailer expressing our concerns with the things obviously wrong, and some potential unseen problems. Very reassuringly he told us that, not to worry these will all be address before delivery. We will also receive a 3-month warranty to cover any issues that are not addressed before delivery. We completed our end of the deal by paying in full for the trailer and repairs. Retrospect should have paid half and other half when items were complete, and it was ready for delivery. After he received payment is when the trouble started. It was obvious that he immediately spent the money at auction to purchase more trailers, because he forced delivery before our scheduled time and before the items were addressed. He stated that he needed room for incoming inventory and could not keep our trailer there any longer. He said not to worry because he would come to us to take care of any remaining issues. We h

Wanted to say thank you to Rolando for making our purchase very smooth and easy. Got a great price and service. A few minor details we wanted and everything was taken care of vey promptly. He even sold our travel trailer for the price we wanted in a matter of days. I am disappointed that there are several poor reviews showing up from the RV Depot and referencing John. The RV Zone is not affiliated with the former RV Depot or John. I had been looking for a used RV trailer for my niece for several months, just waiting for the right one to come along and we were blessed to find it at the RV Zone. We both met the owner, Rolando, and had a great feeling about his RV knowledge and his commitment to helping us find the right one. Rolando is a very trustworthy, kind, hardworking and an honest man. The RV was purchased and detailed on Thursday and delivered locally the next day. He was very helpful introducing my niece to her new RV. Many thanks Rolando!!
