I purchased all of my equipment from Santa Clarita Auto Sound and then hired them to install it in my boat after my original installer became unavailable. Before any work began, I reviewed the entire project with them in detail and was quoted approximately $1,500 for the installation. When the work was finished, I was shocked to receive a bill for nearly $10,000. We had added only a few additional items, and at no point was I informed that the cost had increased anywhere close to that amount. If someone is spending thousands of dollars beyond the original estimate, a professional shop should communicate those changes before proceeding. What disappointed me most wasn't just the price—it was the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. Rather than trying to work with me to resolve the issue, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational and ultimately ended up in arbitration. We settled the matter for $5,000, which I would have gladly discussed and paid if there had been honest communication and a reasonable effort to resolve the issue before it reached that point. They did an old school PS1 setup with a power converter and screen and it came out great! Highly recommended!

Brought my Mercedes C300 in for an audio upgrade and I’m beyond happy with the results. Customer service was awesome from start to finish — very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received. The final result was far from what I expected, and now I have to take my vehicle to another shop to get the factory-quality finish I originally wanted. AND I TOLD THEM TO NOT PUT ANY AMPS ON SUB BOX.... The job also took five weeks, which felt excessive for the type of work being done. Even worse, they used wood screws and self-tapping screws that didn’t even hold up a month after completion. I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing a shop. They may be okay for something simple like installing a head unit, but I would not trust them with any custom work. You can see from the photos that it is far from cleanly work and they charged me 5k for the wiring, I feel totally scammed Now im stuck fixing this work. And it sucks

Best place to get your speakers and audio equipment in town. They work extremely fast and efficient. Great prices and the best part is they give you warranty on everything included free labor if anything does happen. I trust these guys. I take all my vehicles here. This is a place you can trust!
