I left a birthday card to someone in my glovebox and when I got my car back it was gone. Normally I wouldn't jump to conclusions, but that I know I put the card in my glovebox beforehand made me skeptical. I waited to confront them about it hoping it would turn up in the off chance that maybe I was wrong. I searched my car, work, and home thouroughly. When it didn't turn up I tried calling them about it and the number provided on googlemaps was for a different facility. So I went back in person and they told me to check my car to see if it fell out somewhere. If I do find the card then I will absolutely update my review to 5 Stars as I am usually pretty happy with the results.

Typically, I leave positive reviews, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience here. The hand car wash was expensive and did not reflect the quality of service we received. The staff lacked attention to detail, and overall the job did not feel worth the price paid. Most importantly, the staff broke our cup holder during the wash and did not mention it to us. I only discovered the damage after getting back into my car. When I brought the issue to management’s attention, instead of offering to fix the damage or provide any type of refund or resolution, I was told to buy super glue and repair it myself. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service does not match the pricing, and if something goes wrong, management does not appear willing to take responsibility or make things right for customers.
