Avoid this car wash! I had a terrible experience here. I paid $15.99 cash for their best car wash option, but while driving through, the machine suddenly completely stopped. When I called the employee working at the gas station for help, he immediately claimed that I broke the machine, even though I followed every single instruction perfectly. Because the car wash stopped working midway through, I had to drive out with my car still covered in water and soap. ​When I asked for a refund, the Spanish male employee refused to give me my money back because the receipt that the machine printed out only displayed the change amount ($0.01). He kept insisting that I needed a receipt showing the full $15.99 payment, completely ignoring the fact that his own broken machine printed the receipt that way. This guy was very rude, stole my money and wasted my time. ​Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually treat customers with respect.

I work for Uber and wash my car at this car wash almost every day. This is the second time this week that the system washed my car, but the dryer turned off after 5 seconds. The car is completely soaked in water. I don't have time. I went to the employee to explain the situation, but the employee said he wouldn't help me in any way because I don't speak English well. I explain to him: "Give me my money back, or give me a promo code. I'll go through the conveyor line again and maybe the car wash will work this time." He refuses. I think this is complete nationalism and an infringement of my rights based on my nationality. Even though the employee himself is Asian or Mexican and short. And with such a bad attitude towards their customers, I do not recommend this dump!! It's a scam! The incident occurred on 04-19-2026 at 9:15 pm. I demand that my beloved Shell company take action! Stopped at the Shell on Lake & Alameda in Burbank around 1 a.m. while driving from Los Angeles to Arizona. I pulled up to a pump because I planned to get gas, but first spent a few minutes tightening the straps on plants in the back of my truck so they wouldn’t fall onto the freeway. The station was completely empty. After about 10–15 minutes, the overnight employee came out and told me I needed to leave because I was “taking up a pump.” I explained I was about to pump gas and had just stopped briefly to secure the load first. Instead of simply confirming that I intended to buy gas, he threatened to call the police and said I would be arrested if I didn’t leave. That’s a pretty surprising response to someone who is literally there to purchase fuel. For context, it was just me, my French bulldog, and my four-year-old during a late-night road trip. I’m mainly leaving this review because management may want to look into what happened. The timing should be easy to verify on the cameras around 1 a.m. If this isn’t how Shell expects customers to be treated, it might be worth addressing with the overnight shift. On the above date I visited the Shell station to purchase gasoline using a Shell gift card with a $50 balance. From the moment I arrived, one of the station employees treated me disrespectfully. I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction. I asked to check the balance on my gift card. I personally began peeling off the sticker on the card to reveal the 4-digit code so I could verify the balance. I did this while standing in an empty area and not blocking anyone. The employee objected, telling me I could not peel the sticker there — which I found unreasonable because I was not creating any disturbance or littering. After confirming the card had a $50 balance, I asked the employee to charge $50 so I could fuel my vehicle. I paid with the gift card and received a payment receipt. I then proceeded to my vehicle to pump gasoline, but the pump did not dispense fuel. I returned to the counter and asked the employee which pump/station number he had applied my $50 payment to. No star actually zero stars negative stars! just using it to post this March 22, 2025 at 1215 pm PST to please reference your own cameras how your attendant treated me . The guy a tall dark haired shaved at the sides (the same guy that will never give you change out of a 20 for a dollar to use the vacuum machine) left me inside the car wash ! that stopped its cycle right after my car was covered in soap everywhere and refused to turn it back on since I didn’t print a receipt? He said “on camera my machine works so it’s your fault??” I said on camera I paid ! And wouldn’t have been able to start the wash without paying??.why can’t you just reset it so I can complete the cycle - I didn’t even want a refund just a car wash!
