On August 24, 2026, I purchased approximately five gallons of 91 gas from this station. My tank contained no more than one gallon of fuel beforehand, and the vehicle had been running smoothly. Shortly after refueling, the engine began stuttering badly, and the Check Engine Light came on. Based on the timing, I believe the gasoline may have been contaminated or of poor quality. The pump nozzle also repeatedly failed to remain locked while I was refueling. I recommend avoiding this station. Edit 2: It has been over 1 week and this gas station and Shell refused to answer my reports. Avoid this station. Edit 1: I have filed the report to corporate at the link. The the report to corporate has the full unredacted receipt. It should be trivial for corporate to track down the exact transaction and fuel stall.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for both gas and a car wash at the pump. The display only showed the price for the gas, and it never printed a receipt or a code for the car wash. Because of that, I assumed the car wash purchase hadn’t gone through and paid for it a second time. Later, I checked my bank transactions and realized I had been charged twice for the car wash. I tried to resolve the issue with the employee on duty, but we couldn’t communicate effectively because their English was very limited. I came back the next day, hoping someone else could help, but I was simply told they couldn’t find my transaction in their system. Instead of taking the time to investigate or help resolve the issue, they dismissed my concern. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience. Today I had a terrible experience with car wash. Usually I washed my car in keddy (which is very much recommended and good and cheaper like 10 bucks) I was in rush and my cars front glass was dirty , I was there for refill the fuel tank and thought lets do the car wash ( which I have to pay $ 16.99 ) Oh! My God its actually waste of money and time, there is no one to tell you when to stop how to operate, the man on the gas station was not helpful. I went to the car wash, I get out and my car was had soap on in it not washed even properly; I talk with the gas station person; he said you have to wipe by yourself, and he handed over to me a dirty used towel and saying coz you chosen ultimate wash that’s why I m giving you towel to wipe it by yourself; otherwise I will not😅😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣.. omggg literally I was amazed by there car wash, I didn’t see minus star ,otherwise I will give -100🫠

Today I experienced an extremely dangerous and unacceptable incident at this gas station. While fueling, the pump failed to shut off when my tank was full and continued to spew gasoline like a fountain. Fuel violently overflowed onto my vehicle, the pavement, and nearby pedestrians. The strong smell of gasoline persisted in my car overnight. This was a severe public-safety hazard as it imposed a potential fire or explosion waiting to happen, and could have caused catastrophic injury or property damage. Even worse, staff offered no meaningful assistance. All I was given was a single basket of water to try to rinse gasoline off my car. They refused to help clean up the spill, refused to decontaminate my vehicle, and refused to provide any refund or compensation. This level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. I demand immediate action: remove the faulty pump from service, conduct a full safety inspection, retrain staff on emergency response, thoroughly clean and decontaminate the affected areas and vehicles, and provide a full refund plus compensation for cleanup and any damages caused.

Please don’t waste your money on the Shell car wash membership. I’m going to cancel mine because this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. Today I waited 30 minutes for an employee named Mauricio, and all he said was, “I have to ask my manager.” I have a membership, but every time I come, it’s the same poor service. Very frustrating and not worth it.
