I never write negative reviews but I had to warn others to stay away from this car wash!! I brought my newly purchased car here for a car wash and left with permanent damage. I came here for a car wash last week. The next time I exited my car, I noticed white splotches over the hood and roof of my car. I quickly came back to the car wash to try and sort it out and the employees were so rude to me. The first employee said he “didn’t know what the spots were, so he couldn’t advise me on what to do”. When I stated I was concerned about the paint on my car, he said he “doubted that it was that serious”. When I asked to speak with the manager all he said was that he wasn’t there today. When I pulled around after a second wash I realized how serious the marks were. I tried to speak with another employee, who insisted that the marks were tree sap and proceeded to explain what tree sap was to me over and over again. And wouldn’t accept me saying that I knew the marks weren’t on my car before. One of the employees laughed in my face about the situation to his other colleague while I was obviously distressed about the situation. It felt so demeaning and I left in tears. Solid local and affordable car wash in a town that is one big car wash desert. Does the job, car clean and ahhh… that feels better. I get the 5 card for added value and the #3 wash keeps it clean until the next coating of fog-driven SF muck. I don’t get the hater 1-star reviews here, were your cars unusually filthy, or were you expecting a detailing for $15?

Easy access to pumps going in and easy exit going out. Located in a low to medium busy area. Seemed clean. Pumps were all active and in operation. Looked like a good car wash… People were waiting.

If you need gasoline, fine. But if you care about the appearance of your vehicle at all, for the love of all that is holy do not send it through this “car wash.” Complete waste of time and money. They spray your car down and give it a quick brush by hand, then send it through a wash tunnel that is basically just a limp cloth hanging there that passes over your car. There was still dirt all over after the first time through, which I was able to get off with my finger, so I complained and was told to just go ahead through a second time. There was still dirt after the second time. I complained again and asked for a refund but was told they couldn’t give me one since I already went through twice, as if them not providing the service I paid for after two attempts somehow justified taking my money. I did a visual walk around with a supervisor, pointing out all the areas that were still dirty and even found a PAINT CHIP on my BRAND NEW car that I am 95% certain WAS NOT there when I entered this new hell, but I don’t know how to prove that. They told me the spots were probably sap, and that it wouldn’t just come clean in their car wash - WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CAR WASH THEN? - I even borro

One of the city's last affordable car washes with a human staff. Worth waiting in line. They move briskly and the attendants get your car properly scrubbed. $20 gets you a #2 with change for a tip. The vacuums have card slots so you don't need a roll of quarters.
