I had an excellent experience with Edwin at Silver Lake Tint. From the beginning, he was extremely friendly, straightforward, and easy to talk to. There was no weird sales pressure, no games, and no feeling like he was trying to upsell me into something I didn’t need. He simply explained everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. What really impressed me was how transparent Edwin was. He tells you the truth, gives you realistic information, and doesn’t try to exaggerate things just to make a sale. That alone is hard to find nowadays, especially in the automotive world. I asked him a lot of detailed questions and he was patient every time. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too much. His pricing was also unbelievable.
