I would like to cancel my membership. I’ve been paying $45 per month, and while I was very happy with the service when I first joined, the quality has declined significantly over the past two months. I go two to three times a week, and I’ve consistently noticed that there are rarely any clean towels available. The vacuums also don’t work nearly as well as they did when I first became a member. Additionally, at the end of the wash, my car is not being dried thoroughly enough, so I’m leaving with a car that is still noticeably wet. I’ve also noticed that whatever tire shine or tire treatment is being applied splatters onto my white car, which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of having it cleaned. Then, this past Saturday, there was a computer issue with the machines, which added to my frustration and was ultimately the reason I decided to cancel. I understand that issues can happen, but considering the $45 monthly cost, I have not been satisfied with the service lately. I was very happy when I initially signed up, but the experience over the last two months has been consistently disappointing. Please cancel my membership and confirm that I will not be charged again. No doubt about it. I think this is the best car wash/vacuum place. You could ever go to. This was my second time coming here and the employee Alex was so kind and offered me three free air fresheners. He noticed me the first time I’ve gone to which says a lot about the employees. Great and Friendly environment 10/10. Definitely recommend for any detailing needs 👍🏻👍🏻 five stars all around great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I currently have an account with snap clean car wash. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle and I had it in service unfortunately the day after very surprising, especially considering the dealership that we purchased the car from. After picking up her car today, I decided to take it to where I get my vehicle, cleaned and surprise her. She’s adamant about cleaning her own car and doing it herself. So I decided to take it up there and talk to Angel about surprising her so when she gets home from work, she pulls up in the driveway and see the awesome job that these guys did the pricing is very reasonable for the quality wash that you get. The current package I get is the platinum for only $35 a month you get everything done even a hand towel dry wheels, and tires shined up as well. So being that I wanted to surprise my wife and didn’t want the notification hit her cell phone because we both get notifications and charges on our checking and savings account. They don’t take cash so he went ahead and gave me a complementary platinum wash to surprise her Angel thank you you’re amazing.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service here is next level. Sylar made sure I was taken care of right away, Sam was professional and friendly throughout the whole process, and Ventura went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect before I left. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail, especially the tire shine. My car looked incredible afterward. The tires had that clean, glossy finish without looking overly greasy, and it honestly made the whole vehicle look brand new. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customers leaving happy. Fast service, great attitude, and amazing results. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family! :)

Sylar, Michael, and Leo were nothing short of AMAZING. I’m a visitor in the Dallas area out here working but always want to ride clean. Sylar educated me on the different services they offer and he was so very helpful throughout my entire visit. Great customer service is absolutely EVERYTHING to me and I’m grateful for the three of them. Shout out to you guys for making my evening better after a long day of work!
