Great service! Great people! We've been washing our car here for about 2 years and always always everybody has a smile. Very helpful. The only one thing sometimes is that it's not enough soap coming out of Jets, but other than that everything else is good. My wife and I really love it and we always always recommend everybody to get their soapy Joe's fast because you can come in as many times as you want throughout the month and get and keep your car clean. You guys really need to tone down the up-sell at the entrance. I had a 50% off discount and was asked no less than a dozen times if I wanted to subscribe to the monthly car wash club for just a penny. Employee: Join our monthly club for a penny! Me: No thank you. Employee: You can cancel any time! Me: No thank you. Employee: Are you sure? It's just a penny! Me: No thank you. Employee: No commitment! Me: No thank you. Employee: Are you sure? It's a great deal! Me: No thank you. Employee: All the car washes you want for a month for a penny! Me: No thank you. Employee: Are you absolutely sure? Me: No thank you. To be honest it got uncomfortable. After about the fourth time of saying no I couldn't even pretend to smile and yet it kept going since you're held captive there until they run your credit card and open the bar. It used to be self service and I could choose my own type of wash, add my credit card, and move on in peace. If things have changed and the discount comes with these strings attached, basically having to subscribe to your service or else, than state that upfront so that customers can decide if it's worth it. I recently visited Soapy Joe’s Car Wash and was unfortunately disappointed with my experience. While the car wash itself was fine, all of the vacuums on the other side were not working, which made it difficult to properly clean my car afterward.

First time trying, think this is my last. The staffs are friendly and I like the free vacuum and towels after car wash. But the car wash isn’t doing the job properly and the front basically wasn’t cleaned at all… my family and I had to spend awhile to clean the whole thing up. If your car is not dirty and you want to maintain a clean look. I think soapy Joe is okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want your car cleaned properly.

We have two vehicles and have a Soapy Joes membership on each one. We like our cars clean so we go quite often and we’ve always had good experiences. They keep the drying towel supply stocked at each drying station. It is best to enter in at the Bonita Road entrance and exit out on Lynwood Drive to Bonita Rd.
