STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH My car was brand new and now full !!! of scratches Absolutely the worst car wash experience I have ever had. I seriously regret bringing my truck to Soapy’s Car Wash. I had concerns before coming here because I had already read bad reviews about this place, especially complaints about vehicles getting scratched. Unfortunately, I decided to give them a chance anyway. I brought in my brand-new truck that I purchased only two months ago. It went into their wash in great condition and came out with scratches in multiple areas around the entire body. And somehow, after all of that, the truck wasn’t even properly clean. I immediately tried to speak with someone about the damage. The only person available was a young employee who appeared to be around 20 years old. I was told the manager wouldn’t be there until the following day. What shocked me even more was that the employee told me this happens all the time with their customers and gave me the impression that complaints like mine don’t really get resolved. How is that acceptable? You bring in a nearly brand-new vehicle for a simple wash and leave with scratches all over it, and there’s not even a manage

BEWARE! My car ended up dirtier after the car wash than before the car wash! I pay for a monthly membership and I have been very happy with Soapy Joe's overall. I've been to this Convoy location several times because it's on my way to work in the morning. Went through the car wash as normal but when I was hand drying the car I noticed streaks of a waxy substance all over the car! Windshield, mirrors, windows, fenders, doors, everywhere. I made contact with the manager and showed him the problem. I should have shown him immediately, though, because I had wiped most of the substance off so I'm not sure he believed me. Hope they fix the problem. Not sure I'll go back to this location.

Love this location! Special shout out to James, the young staff member who helped me out today. I ran into some issues and he helped me resolve them easily. Very kind and patient.

I come here all the time, to give my car a deep clean. And every single time , the customer service is excellent. Alana was the kindest she assisted me through every step from when we first drive in until the end. I definitely recommend this place if you want a clean!
