The guys doing the detail are great. Always take their time. But, the drive through part scratched the hell out of my entire truck. Tail gate paint is trashed and one of my handles trashed. All the guy said was "it was probably there and you didn't notice". It's a brand new truck and baby it, it was in fact not there. Didn't even offer to see if they could try and buff it out. Just excuse after excuse. I'll take it to someone that does detailing from now on, just hope this doesn't happen to more people. This place is garbage.

I've gotten multiple car washes here, and they always do an excellent job. The staff is friendly and professional, especially El Señor Ricardo, who always makes sure customers are taken care of. Most recently, I had the full wax service done, and I was very impressed with the results. They washed my carpets, shampooed my seats, and thoroughly cleaned both the exterior and interior of my vehicle. When they finished, my car looked brand new. I really appreciate the care and attention they put into every detail. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care for your vehicle. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.

I went in today around 4:30 PM and was inquiring on carpet cleaning services on top of my full car wash. The attendant was able to get me a slight discount. He informed me that the car would be done in 45 min to 1 hour. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that there were 2 gentlemen cleaning my car. As I was walking up to them to receive my key, one of the workers said in Spanish that he didn’t believe the car was ready and the other worker told him to forget it and just move on essentially. And guess what, he wasn’t lying! My car had so much debris on the windshield and there was just so much residue that they didn’t even clean. Additionally, once I got into my car, the carpets and mats were not even placed back! I paid a ridiculous $80!! This car wash has never given me problems before and unfortunately I will not be using them in the future. Additionally, my car took almost 2 hours to clean — and this is the results I got. If you want quality, I suggest you take your money elsewhere. 2 stars just because I was able to get a slight discount.
