Car wash stopped on me. I went inside told management and the guy with glasses was helpful. He sent out an asian lady with a black mask to redo the code for me and she was telling me at the machine the car wash had nothing wrong with it everything is fine lecturing me like a child as if i did something wrong! My car was still DUSTY WITH pollen had dropplets of water on it and some soap on it how are you going to tell a customer that nothing is wrong with your machine when there’s obvious evidence of my car having water and soap on it I PAID FOR IT AND COULD SHOW MY BANK STATEMENTS LADY. Need better employees.

Such a bad experience my wife went through the car wash, it just went through one brush, no soap or wash afterwards and the blower didn’t work either, told the cashier about the problem they asked her go again and will watch on thr cameras, same thing happened car just in the middle of the wash and not moving, the cashier started lying about it went through the whole thing, it’s not about we trying to get our money back, but we had to leave with soap on our car, very unprofessional, will not go to this gas station again even though it’s on my way to work and home, very unethical behavior..
