Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. One of the managers actually yelled at me simply because I asked them to check again for my missing rear floor mat. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was met with hostility. To make matters worse, his son then approached me and accused me of yelling, even though I was just trying to get help. It wasn’t until they finally offered to review the security footage that the situation began to change, but by then I had already been treated as though I had done something wrong. Throughout the entire interaction, they were defensive, accusatory, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. No customer should be spoken to or treated this way. I would not recommend this business. Update in response to the owner’s reply: My review reflects my experience with how I was treated. The owner’s response only reinforces the same dismissive and accusatory behavior I experienced in person. Rather than addressing the customer service concerns I raised, they choose to remain consistent with their behavior. Revised rating and review after response from the business. I've been bringing my cars here for many many years. Always very satisfied, until today. Today, they did a terrible job cleaning the floor mats in my Altima. They left them dirty. Totally unusual based on my experiences through the many years coming here. So, I approached the guy that always receives the customers and explained to him that my car's floor mats were left dirty. He told me that he could get them better if I ordered a VIP car wash or ordered a carpet cleaning service. When he saw I was not going to go for his cheap upselling tactic, he suggested I bring my car another day when they were not busy to vacuum it again. Very disappointed. May give them another shot based on previous very good experiences.

The most terrible car wash that is in Los Angeles, I do not recommend it, they do not show a full range of services , they do not advise you to avoid it

This is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve had in this area. My vehicle was damaged at this establishment, and instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic professionalism, the staff immediately denied any wrongdoing and accused me of lying. I have been a loyal customer here for 3–4 years, often bringing two cars at a time. There is absolutely no reason for me to fabricate a claim now. I know my car was damaged here. When I asked them to review their cameras, they claimed they “saw nothing” and dismissed the issue entirely — no apology, no concern, no attempt to resolve the situation. What made this even worse was how my wife and I were treated. We were humiliated in public, spoken to disrespectfully, and accused repeatedly of dishonesty in front of other customers. When I stood up for myself and my wife, the owner escalated the situation by calling the police and falsely implying that I made a threat. Standing up for yourself and defending your spouse from harassment is not a threat. The arrogance and lack of accountability shown here is shocking. Bad idea to come here. First time here was excited to find a new spot close to home. At first everything was fine. Very friendly and clean. I go to my car hand the tip did a Quick Look and it looked great fine. Come home only to find the insides of the doors are not wiped down, the sides of the arm rest are not wiped down. There was some granola stuck on the seats in the back, still there. Looks barely vacuumed and barely cleaned. The more I looked the more I found. 35 bucks plus 10 tip. I literally paid 45 bucks to have the outside of my car washed and they left the inside for me to finish Will not return
