Should be called South Beach’s Least Fine Car Wash. A bit expensive but that’s just the location premium and I’m local. Brought in my Mustang. They were going to charge me for a full exterior and interior, even though I only asked for exterior. It was a pretty rushed job. There are no signs to where to pull your car up to and they looked annoyed when I was waiting for them to guide me in like every other car wash, so I rolled down my window to ask, and they were very unfriendly, should’ve left. Car just had a light layer of dust and a little bird poop on it from sitting for a few weeks in a garage. Got it back with water still dripping because it wasn’t thoroughly dried, so water spots, and still bird poop on my hood and mirror. Ok for a gas station, unacceptable for $32.

Update: Price is now $36 for basic wash, not $25. 💸 Much harder to justify given the quality vs. the increasing cost Decent wash but they close whenever they want to on weekends. The 2 last times I’ve come by for a car wash, I’ve come by an hour before their official closing and 30 minutes before “official closing” - they’ve been closed both times.

Very disappointing experience. The interior of my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off, and all the photos clearly show dirt, which is unacceptable. They did not meet the expected service standards, and I’m very disappointed with the result. I would not recommend this place.

I want to start by saying that I have had multiple good experiences at this location in the past. I brought my wife’s minivan to get cleaned in advance of picking up our new twins, and I was surprised to see how much residue they left all over the exterior of the car and then when I mentioned to them and showed them clear, visible white spots and remaining spots all around the car all they could say is you spend only $50 and expect that everything is gonna be clean and perfect. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere and that in Miami Beach especially I should not expect to pay a reasonable rate for a car wash, but I do expect the bare minimum as the absolute minimum to clean these very standard spots on the exterior, it is unfortunate. The lack of care or consideration they showed zero willingness to go over it again to make it look better after I pointed it out. Very disappointing.

Truly horrible service. Never again. They just take your money and don’t clean the car. Also, very rude. Would give a 0 if I could. 1 star is even too much. **Response to the business’ reply: Thank you for your response. However, I’d like to point out that I specifically asked for a regular car wash, which, according to your website (see picture attached), includes a full exterior wash, full interior vacuum, and full interior wipe-down, leaving the vehicle “spotless.” Unfortunately, the service I received didn’t meet this standard. The exterior wasn’t properly cleaned, and the interior was still dirty. Additionally, when I raised these concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude, as if I was bothering you by pointing out the issues. I paid for a service, and I expected to receive the quality of work advertised. Instead, I left with a car that didn’t meet the basic standards promised on your website.
