I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past 3 years, and they have consistently done an excellent job. This time, I especially want to thank Carlos for his amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to help me polish my car, and I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. My car looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m extremely satisfied with this place and highly recommend it. Thank you, Carlos!

We do not recommend this location. After being loyal customers for over six years, our family will never return. My father simply needed help using the payment machine. Instead of assisting him, the manager became aggressive, yelled at him, told him to leave, and even called the police. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service should be about helping customers, not humiliating them. We will be taking our business to another car wash that values its customers. Sparkling Image Express will not receive another penny of our hard-earned money. Update: It has now been over a week since I emailed the regional manager my formal complaint. Ironically, his public response to this review asked me to email him, even though I had already done so before he replied here. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response to my email. I remain hopeful that Sparkling Image Express will address this matter appropriately and communicate with us directly.

It’s always a great experience coming to Sparkling Image, thanks to Khalil. He goes the extra mile and makes sure every inch of my vehicle is perfectly clean, EVERYTIME. Make sure you ask for him & he’ll take care of you. Great customer service!

This self-service car wash is very well equipped and easy to use, and the prices are fair for everything they offer. What really made my experience stand out, though, was the incredible customer service. The manager, Carlos, went above and beyond to help me when my car had stubborn stains from rain after being parked under a tree. The residue from the leaves had really stuck to the surface, and he took the time to personally help me treat the spots by hand and guide me through the wash process to get my car looking clean again. He was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping. I left very pleased with both the results and the service. Highly recommend!

My car was filthy and I figured it was time to stop putting it off. I pulled in and was greeted by Rowena. She was so kind and hooked me up with advice on keeping my Jeep in better condition as it had been since October since I got my car washed. My brother Victor was with me that last time. He passed away in November. Rowena said she remembered us. How can you forget a bright Orange Jeep Wrangler! And now my Jeep is Sparkling Clean, and I'm proud I finally took care of my Jeep. Her name is Sunset! 🌞🌇 ☀️ Thanks Rowena. I'll be back!🫶👍💪
