Josh did a spectacular job cleaning my headlights, which I had neglected for years. He was on time, got the job done quickly, and the results were incredible. My headlights look brand new! I can see the roads a lot more clear now. If you’re looking for auto detailing or headlight restoration in the East Bay, especially Fremont, Union City, or Milpitas, I highly recommend Josh. 10/10 amazing service and knowledge! Highly recommend to anyone interested in express detailing their car. I will be in touch for a potential ceramic coating in the future! Josh was amazing at filling me in with any questions I had about Auto detailing, even giving me recommendations on how to best approach maintaining the car in the future. I especially appreciated how he approaches it as "equipping [his] clients to take care of their cars as best they can." This was reflected during the entire experience, especially as I checked in with him from time to time asking about various questions for a mini detailing kit I was trying to prepare for emergency situations. It's clear that Josh loves his craft, and it shows in how he treats the customer and the car! Now to the actual service: I got the express detailing package for my 2017 Subaru Outback as it was not excessively dirty. However, he was very thoughtful and thorough with all corners of the car. I haven't seen the car so squeaky clean in so long! There was tree sap which stained the car in several areas, which he charged extra for as it wouldn't come off with the normal wash routine. Joshua did an amazing job on my car! He was professional, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. Before applying the wax, he carefully cleaned the paint, then applied the wax, allowed it to cure properly, and thoroughly inspected the entire car with a light to make sure nothing was missed. I really appreciated how much care he put into every step. What impressed me most was his honesty. He brought extra products just in case I needed them, but after finishing the job, he checked my wax and told me I had only used about one-quarter of the bottle, so I could use it several more times. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about doing quality work and putting the customer first, I highly recommend Joshua!

10/10 would recommend Josh from Spec Auto Detailing to folks in the area! I got the deluxe detailing package for my 2011 Honda Fit that hasn't seen a real deep clean in many years. There were crumbs and debris on the carpet, dust all over the dashboard, and the exterior paint had some material that was really caked onto the surface. Prior to my appointment, Josh had asked if I had any questions about the process or any areas of concern I would like to address. He was incredibly communicative during the process. During the appointment, he diligently worked on the interior and exterior for a little over 4 hours. My car is this refreshed shade of white I've never seen before. I will definitely reach out to use his services again for my other vehicles. Thank you, Josh!
