There's no soap. The water pressure is okay. I would've given 4 stars if there was soap in the brush. The brush isn't clogged. There's just no soap in the system. Bring your own soap and just use this place to wash it off.

The wash was fine but the vacuums don’t work. It said it is $1 per vacuum, place 4 quarters. I put 4. Didn’t work. Put another. Didn’t work. Tried the other one. Didn’t work. Now I have to drive somewhere else just to vacuum my car

Car washing is a chore when you have a white car but at least I can still wash my car after "nornal" hours here. Soap foam and tire cleaner were plentiful. Good experience here won't hesitate to use it again.

They will need to step it up with the new car wash being built on 5th Street. Paid for highest package but lights didn't come on for most of the extras so I have no clue if it worked. Vac power is horrible. Car looked good on sides. Most service places have team members scrub the front hood for bugs. This place didn't do that except a quick spray.

Why last night, paid $7 for the automated wash. Pulled forward til the light changed to stop. It then started flashing and nothing happened. I waited a few minutes before pulling back then forward again to try and reactivate the sensor. Nothing happened. Looked around for a phone number or email address to call and found nothing. The number on her is not a valid number and will ring twice then tell you so. If I can’t find a way to contact them, I’m considering calling the BBB. I don’t care about the $7. But after that, I still needed to get funk off my car and used their manual part. It worked fine, but I ended up giving them $15 instead of the $7 I had planned on. They need to actually have a way to contact them. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because I’ve used them before so I know the system works, but I think it’s broken.
