I visited this week to have a Texas state inspection performed. I was immediately greeted and given a wait time estimate. The inspection proceeded in a timely manner and was complete withing the 20 minute window the staff person had shared. The front desk cashier was professional and made me feel welcome. I will return.

I’m beyond impressed with the detailing job on my car!They did an amazing job from top to bottom. As a mom, my car had plenty of crumbs, stains, and kid messes from my daughter, and they got it looking almost brand new again. Every surface was spotless, and the attention to detail was incredible. Tony was so kind and helpful.

I started coming to this car wash with my mom when I was a little girl. Once I began driving at the age of 15 I would come on my own. I’ve now been a customer for the past 8 years and the washes I received decline in quality each time. I stopped coming about 7 months ago and found a new car wash that I love but today it was 35 minutes out of my way. I decided to give Splashes another shot and was quickly reminded why I stopped going in the first place. I didn’t get pictures of the outside but there a a very visible a large sticky stain on my car that they skipped right over. I pointed it out and a gentleman took his time to remove it for me. I left happy and then saw the inside. I paid $30 for “the works” just for a splatter stain to be left on the inside of the door, and the area surrounding my cupholders to be visibly dirty.

Took my SUV in for a car wash on 5/30.. after driving home I noticed water damage to top of suv.. passenger side hood and my whole passenger side. I immediately tried to get the harsh chemicals off my truck with microfiber towel and water.. I called the car wash and spoke to Tony he told me to bring it back.. I took truck back 5/31.. immediately it was the sun. As I repeatedly told him my vehicle is garage kept he said maybe a sprinkler. Me nor my neighbors have sprinklers. So they rewashed and right after I noticed my trimming faded. Now I pay attention to my vehicle as I clean it myself with a microfiber towel and water only when I just want to freshen it up. My trimming was not faded. So the Hispanic owner covers my car in wax to cover up the damage and he also says the sun or it was already done like that. No sir. Something has changed with the water. I normally get the $32 wash but got the $58 wash and ended up with damages I will have to pay for. I am so pissed. They never take accountability for their mistakes. Just because it didn’t happen to other cars they trying to see why it happened to mine. After this I looked at reviews and now I see I’m not the only one as they were
