Horrible. $2.50 for 2 minutes? Ridiculous. nearly $70 for an hour. That may be enough time when you have great chemical but that sucks here to. One of the worst self serves I’ve stopped at price and result wise

I can't find anywhere to contact. Ran out of time and cash, so I swiped my card in a wash bay and I got 3 seconds of water from the hose before it shut off and informed me it charged my card 3 dollars.

Best car wash around. All of the equipment works great. The change machines always work so good as well.

Owner seems really nice but what a hassle. I get the pre-authorization but put out a sign so people know if they want to avoid that to pay cash but the bigger problem I had it even after I spoke to the owner about it, who was very nice by the way, I was assured it was just pending. The pending charge was for $10. I was paying for a two dollar vacuum. The vacuum works great but the $10 hold was never fully released and I was actually charged nine dollars for a two dollar vacuum. Yes I could call back and have the charge reversed., but what a hassle and then I have to wait another 7 to 10 days to get my eight dollars back so you are welcome for the eight dollar donation and I will not be back for this reason alone. I went to Quickly vacuum my car, what a headache.

Vacuum did not work when I tried to use it just now. Waiting for the charge to be revered, since the machine never worked! Had absolutely no sucking power! No need to get defensive every single time you get a complaint. Take responsibility for your actions and non working equipment. Editing to add I am now being charged $7 for a $2 vacuum. I’ll be calling you today.
