1 Star (I would give 0 or negative stars if Google allowed it) Even 1 star is too generous for this place. I paid $21 for their top-tier Deluxe wash, and my car came out looking almost as dirty as when I drove in. Bug splatter, road grime, and residue were completely untouched on my front bumper and mirrors. What should have been a quick 5-minute stop turned into an absolute nightmare that kept me trapped there for almost an hour. My car was run through their tunnel FOUR separate times. Think about that—four times through their machine, and the equipment still couldn't clean standard road film. In between passes, I was literally standing there in the heat wiping down my own car with wet towels, and an attendant was scrubbing it with a brush. If I wanted to spend an hour scrubbing my own car in a parking lot, why on earth would I pay them $21? I cancelled the membership on the exact same day right after walking away with a filthy car. When I emailed their customer support with timestamped screenshots from their own app proving I was stuck there for an hour, plus photos of my dirty vehicle, they flat out refused to refund my money. I stopped by Suds Deluxe Car Wash and had an issue with a loose panel underneath my car. Even though it had nothing to do with getting my car washed, James took the time to help me. He got under my car and secured the panel with zip ties so I could safely continue driving. He really went above and beyond what was expected, and his willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. On top of that, he gave me one of the turtle air fresheners for my car, which was a thoughtful gesture and smells great! Excellent customer service and a great example of how much they care about their customers. Thank you, James I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend Suds Deluxe Car Wash.

Great car wash! It was a pleasant surprise cause I flew in off the highway due to my rear camera being obstructed and so I figured a wash will help it and James (the manager) was a pleasure. Friendly staff and the wash was great! Free vacuums, free mat cleaners, air duster, microfiber rags with cleaning products. Highly recommend!

Fantastic car wash experience! The vacuums are incredibly powerful, and they have towels and all the cleaning supplies readily available. Everything is clean, well organized, and easy to use. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and truly cares about customers. Highly recommend - I’ll definitely be coming back!
