I brought my RAV4 here after a not-at-fault collision that left it dented and scratched. David and his team provided amazing service, with clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. They helped me understand and coordinate with insurance to make sure all accident-related repairs were covered. The dent was repaired, the bumper was replaced, and no damage was left behind. I also had them replace my windshield (a large rock cracked the glass on the freeway), restore the headlights, detail the car, and clean the engine bay. When I picked it up, I was amazed. It was shining, swirl- and scratch-free, and smooth to the touch. The interior was spotless and fresh, and the headlights were gleaming with clarity. It was well worth it.

I have used Sunshine Auto Spa in the past but never wrote a review. Since I recently had two cars serviced here, I thought I’d write a multi-part review about my experience. I had two cars treated with ceramic coating. One is a brand new Audi Q3, the other is a 2018 BMW 4-series. For both vehicles, I chose the Ceramic Pro two-year warranty (a.k.a. bronze package) option. Both vehicles also had minor paint correction done before the coatings were applied. The BMW also received a “mini interior detailing“. Overall, the service was good. Both vehicles came out very shiny and clean, inside and out. Each vehicle took one full day to complete. The exteriors definitely have that “wet” look that I was hoping for. And, since both vehicles have metallic paint this made them look even better. There is definitely some hydrophobic qualities about the coatings such that water tends to bead and roll off the surfaces easily. This also helps them stay cleaner looking by allowing dust to also release more easily. For the mini interior detailing on the BMW, all the surfaces were clean and conditioned without any greasy residue. I wasn’t a huge fan of how the conditioner smelled but it did dissipat

This place is amazing . highly recommend, David is such an amazing person. I had an accident with a tire shop , I went there to get new tires, but during the process, the employees of this tire shop damaged my 4 wheels and my door side. Fortunately for me, sunshine auto spa helped with the process of getting this tire shop to pay for the damage that they did to my car and with the rental car that the tire shop needed to provide me while sunshine was getting my car fix. David has such amazing communication skills, both english and Spanish, and after they got it fix my car looks like new. I always go to this place when someone hits or damage my car, very friendly and they do an excellent job 👏

Best detail ever! This is the place to go if you want a top qaulity detail at a very competitive cost. The team here took such amazing care in restoring the paint of my new to me sprinter that I didn’t even think it was the same vehicle at first glance. I was referred here by a friend who said that they went above and beyond on his sprinters and I couldn’t have been happier that I brought mine here too. The previous owner never once washed the Sprinter and the oxidation was severe. David at Sunshine Auto Spa quoted me a price that was 35% less than another company and Sunshine did the engine compartment too! The other company wanted much more to do less. I will only use Sunshine in the future. See my before and after photos

Sunshine Auto Spa Restores My Van's Shine! David and his talented team at Sunshine Auto Spa did an amazing job transforming the paint on my van! Last year, I had some body work done and got the whole van painted. Despite regular washes at a local car wash in Nor Cal, I started noticing swirling marks and marring. David quickly diagnosed the problem as scratches from car wash brushes and old towels. Sunshine Auto Spa offered an exterior detail with wax, but I opted for the added protection of a ceramic coat. David patiently explained the entire detailing process and answered all my questions. He even offered valuable tips on future car care, including no-touch washing techniques I never knew existed! When I picked up my van, I was speechless! It looked brand new! All the swirling and marring had vanished, and the faded plastic bumper and trim were magically restored. David and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a top-notch detailer in the Santa Barbara area, I highly recommend Sunshine Auto Spa. They're true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product.
